C. R.Visited with my 16 year old autistic son...who has a passion for Domino's. He ordered his on the app whilst I went inside to order in person, separately for my grandson. I noticed the "Buy One Get One Free" if collecting, and decided to take them up on that......only to be charged for TWO pizzas!!! My son explained that perhaps it was only if you ordered via the app or online! Fair point, and perhaps true, BUT why was this not fully explained in the advertising posters, etc., OR by the staff member who took my money??? I was distracted, but perhaps it's my own fault for not questioning BUT how much money has Domino's grabbed from less suspecting customers??? Begs the question, I'm afraid.
