D. S.Visited a nearby campsite for the weekend and ate at this chippy twice! Once or twice the queue was out the door, and that’s even with the very efficient staff giving it their all. Pretty sure that’s because the chips are amazing! My friends both had pies and said they were equally amazing. Like most welsh chippies the curry sauce is not the same as we do in England, it’s more like actual curry, and a large serving in this chippy is absolutely massive! Definitely recommend visiting.

P. H.Never rated a takeaway before this place deserves it. Best fish and chips I have had in a very long time. It's hard to find somewhere, where you get both good chips and good fish. The chips are a little crunchy on the outside and lovely and fluffy on the inside. Also had curry sauce which was amazing.

Clean establishment with friendly welcoming staff.
Reasonable prices.
Fish cooked to order and the chips were yummy as well...didn't find ours greasy at all.
It's a busy locally used chippy.
Would recommend popping in if your in the area.
M. R.First night here (on holiday) , I was majorly impressed. Some of the best cod & chips I've had, & @ £5.20 I thought was really good. Returned tonight, couple of days later for more, & it was nowhere near the same. My wife wasn't impressed with the chips either, though she said her fishcake was nice. Maybe hthe fat hasn't been changed? Or its just the different person frying? & on our first night we went to use it, they only had chips left. (Friday). The staff were all pleasant enough.

Fish is delicious. Chips are delicious. And the pies are to die for. Not your boring bog standard pukka pies. But locally made pies including steak n ale and chicken, ham and leek.
I'm Making myself hungry writing this lol. I always try and go here even if I'm just passing through. I even plan my journey around a visit here. Lol..

Place also does ice cream etc for takeaway. There is seating out front but the road can be very busy and noisy. Lovely friendly staff!

We came here during our Wales Trip in September.
The breading of the fish were totally crisp from the Inside to the Outside. I ordered a medium chips portion and it was so huge.
The chips were so delicious and the employees were very friendly.
