K. R.Such a warm and welcoming family restaurant. Staff are extremely friendly especially Claire who just went out her way to help us. Great allergy awareness from staff, management and kitchen and made us feel so at ease. The food was delicious and extremely large portion sized. Great value for money and would definitely be back. S. G.We had been here twice before and regretted it both times. This time we came as nothing else was available. What a difference, such a big improvement! Staff were very pleasant, new furniture made it feel good, but most importantly, the food was really very good. We'll cooked, super tasty, in time, good portions. Really delighted to be able to give such a high and improved review. Well done harvester for investing and improving such a dismal previous restaurant. Now happy to recommend and return out of choice. See you again soon.

Have had Many Breakfasts here from the Classic to the Absolute Delicious Eggs Benedict, Presentation, Perfectly Poached eggs and Tasty Bacon Smothered in Hollandaise Sauce garnished with Chives. B.I have been into the restaurant a few times over the years but a couple of times in recent weeks and a must say the food is lovely, I’m a very fussy eater and there is lots on the menu that I like. Even the kids menu is brilliant. Both times I was in I was served by Stacey. She was so nice, nothing was a hassle and she was so good with my 2 year old daughter who was really embracing the terrible twos. She remembered us the next time we were in and made us feel really welcome. Even remembered my daughters name and said hi to her. Best server I have ever had at Harvester.

Not a fan of being taken by the hand to the salad bar and would rather go up one at a time and help myself.
I think the desert menu could be better and little more expansive.

She took time out of serving other tables to speak with our 3 year old and ask her what she had planned for the rest of the day. Constantly served us with an upbeat and cheery manor. The food was top quality also, asked for crispy bacon and it came crispier than we could’ve imagined. Claire made the first trip to Harvester a memorable one and we will most definitely be back. Simmy was very welcoming and friendly and was very supportive because I needed a bigger space because of my wheel chair. We had a trainee waiter who was shaun he was friendly approachable and understanding. When he was asked for things it was done without any issues. Only problem was cappuccino to strong but amazing simmy came and made me another one which was beautiful it was milky and so cream. For being my first time I would highly recommend this place the scampi was so tasty and a great portion the sage and onion chips were beautiful as first time tying them and wish had more ☺

We tend to skip starter in favour of the salad bar which was well stocked. Our mains order was quick to arrive. It was very well presented, just the perfect portion size and very tasty. A special thanks to Claire who made our visit extremely pleasant, have a happy Birthday on 4th December Claire!
So the long and short of it is, yes I would recommend Harvester at Glasgow Fort and yes I will be back.
S.Served by the lovely Abbygail. Food was excellent. Very tasty. Excellent one way system and hand sanitiser to use in the restaurant. Toilets spotless. Will definitely be back. 😄

I.We went in for a family meal around 4.30pm, the place was very quiet and not many tables taken, staff very helpful as always, although at that time of day it felt that there was a slight down turn in speed in which the tables were being served. The salad bar, which at lunchtimes or later on in the day when we've been before, was empty of quite a lot of the items on offer and wasn't filled for quite some time, also there were no steaks available at all. My son ordered bbq ribs and his order was wrong as well. The main courses and desserts were lovely, however i think we just went on a slow day at this particular harvester, for that reason im only giving 4 stars.

I would have thought that was standard in a salad, also very messy looking, the girl that served us was nice, but it took half hour from getting starter plates taken away to main meal, and it only had 3 other tables in !! The other staff were sat chatting to what seemed to be their friend, all on their mobiles while other customers needing them. I won't be back for sure

S. L.Nice choice of food, choice of unlimited soft drinks and salad bar. The place was kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms were spotless and with gender neutral accomodations. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Harvester is also Family friendly, and that became immediately apparent when the kid 2 tables over from us started jumping from seat to seat in a tantrum. However, to mark Harvester down for something out of their control is unfair.
I give 4/5 because, we were in at a very quiet period and it was just ok. I did enjoy myself. But for how few customers were in, it should have been an excellent experience, not just ok one.
I. d.This was our first time eating in Harvester Glasgow Fort .The food was great quality ,piping hot , portions a good size , menu varied and of course the free salad bar .Claire our waitress was excellent . She took time to explain about the free salad bar and helped us when we enquired about some of the choices on the menu .
Nothing was too much bother and how nice to be served with someone who smiled all the time and made us feel ever so welcome . We’ll definitely be back .
