A. A.Popped in for a quick bite, the shop was incredibly busy. The staff worked extremely hard meeting all the orders and were smiling and pleasant despite the rush. Part of the order was missing but was brought to the table within a couple of minutes.
We left without the bucket for the 2 for 1 offer and the young staff member who was taking the rubbish out offered to pop back in to the shop and bring us one. Thanks for your service guys.

D. R.On the spectrum of KFC's this is perhaps the quickest service and cleanest branch I've visited for a while.
S. B.I absolutely love KFC, but was a tad disappointed this time. Part of our order was missing and we didn't see it until we got home but in all fairness we didn't give them a chance to rectify this, we didn't see the point of wasting petrol and time. Would recommend going at busier times as the food is much fresher x x x x x

D. G.Always good service but they do have the occasional Karen who likes to tell the staff how to do their job. Update .... Just been in and there is a real live Karen in the KFC, never thought o would see one on real life. Would not like to kick a ball in her back garden and ask for it back. Staff are really busy and just trying their best. Staff are very good and pleasant in a hard working place.
E. H.Pop corn became very special to me! I always liked their hot wings, I don’t like salad and beans but chicken burger and mini fillet was very nice wasn’t greasy and had a great taste.
The reason for this unmarked star was their staffs, They are very slow and not really responsive. It is not really good when three customers are waiting for their orders then staffs are doing nothing holding you and chatting...
n. l.It wasn't very busy when I went, maybe it was at a quiet time. Its a KFC, so you get what ya expect from a KFC. Great chicken. So tasty!

p. r.I'd give this KFC 5 star, normally 1 one of the best I've ever been to. Yesterday for some reason everything was greasy. That's what you expect from a mediocre KFC not what has been normal from this one. The staff, I'd say need to sort this out and go back to the previous standard.
C. P.Love KFC... but can only eat white meat with no bones ..you can only order 2 breasts with any order . You could spend 50 quid on food but can still only get 2 breasts with that order . In that branch they ALWAYS say they dont have any and get a look like youve asked for free food. Then they say you'll need to wait 20 minutes for them to put them in to cook .. everytime this happens
s. m.I just had my first kfc boneless banquet since the start of the pandemic and it was the most amazing succulent tasty chicken. Great staff at Springburn glasgow. Will definitely be back again.

P. m.I imagine it's kind of hard to make a mess of an order in a fast food place, but in here they managed it twice.
Check your order after going through the drive through.
Luckily we weren't to far when we spotted the mistake. They left out 2 meals 🤦♂️. It's right in front of them what they had to put in the bag but that was obviously too much for the guy to handle.

W. W.Tasty chicken but every time I go through drive through or order from Just Eat and I ask for dips, I never get one (they forget to give it to you but they don’t forget to charge you for it lol).
B. M.I don't recommend KFC at all I find their chips empty and not tasty at all although they are bigger chips and you get more of them than McDonald's the chicken was alright but very greasy and salty.
Don't have much more to say except won't be back in any great hurry.

B. (.Absolutely excellent service when you get here I ordered a rice box from the app and wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and I must say that I would highly recommend this to you and your family as it was a heavy good spread and was well worth the money I spent
This good food has become the main staple of my takeaway menu and I choose to return on each visit when I eat out as it's a reliable source of clean and well cooked food for all the troops to enjoy when eating out whether it be with friends or family I'd happily return when I'm hungry as it's not one that ever disappoints
The app is a no brainor and can be found on the Google play store which is easy to use and offers great discounts over time and also lets you recommend to friends as they also gets bonus tickets ! In which eventually amount to money of after 15 tickets/tokens or 7 family bucket deals which I always go for personally
I'd defo check the daily deals out as they are always offering up to date discounts and nice little surprises when you visit !
