Visited today (19th June) for an impromptu Father’s Day lunch with my dad. Despite being fully booked they managed to seat us with a warm, polite welcome. Both service & food were exemplary and nothing was too much bother for the staff. First time being here & will definitely be back. Note to management/owners… hope your staff are paid their worth as they really made this visit for us. First class customer service 👌🏼

Our prawn cocktail starter was nice but waited for Sunday roast which I wasn't very complained and it was taken away and we were given fresh roast dinner. It wasn't the best roast we've had. But we were given our meals and drinks for free. I would go again but not order the Sunday roast dinner.

Went on Sunday with the family, had a few starters which were really nice, would definitely change the bowls the starters are served in as makes it difficult to eat with them being so small, also a dressing on the salad would complete the dish, the carvery was absolutely delicious 😋 the roast beef was so tender and pink, really enjoy it, and the kids enjoyed the pizza a wraps, overall very pleasant, and the staff were lovely too

My first time in the Kirkhouse was on Saturday. The food was EXCELLENT, the staff were extremely friendly and if that's not enough to get you to try the Kirkhouse then the prices are great too. It is a really nice atmosphere and as it has recently been refurbished the place is beautiful. Thank you to the management and staff for a lovely meal and experience. As Arnie says "I'll be back"

The Kirkhouse is a nice bar and kitchen in the East End of Glasgow serving nice pub grub and great priced drinks. The Kirkhouse has been renovated again and in my opinion it is an improvement. Food is typical pub fayre with vegetarian options available. Car park and outdoor (summer) seating available. Can get really busy at weekends, however, they accept bookings. Service was very good and staff were great.

Fantastic bar/restaurant. Really good food and prices are reasonable. Staff are all lovely and so helpful. Extra precautions in place now include, track amd trace information gathered, temperature taken apon arrival, plenty of hand sanitisation stations, one way system in place and face masks worn by staff and all customers until seated. Areas cleaned as soon as customers leave and was witnessed through out our time there. Loads of in-house events "normally" in place to entertain the punters. Great wee 5 star place. Disabled accessible toilet, mostly flat throughout (except the odd tiny difference in leaving other toilets and arriving, just small steps, change in floor heights nothing too much unless terrain differences effect balance) wheelchair accessible throughout. Car park area within grounds of bar.
