I’d love to give a 5 star review for the food, unfortunately I didn’t get to eat any because they don’t accept card/phone payments (it is 2022 not 1982), I was told there is a card machine in costcutter, I couldn’t figure out how to insert my phone though. Never mind I had an excellent meal in the horse and jockey instead.

Lovely fish and chips, kebabs, burgers and specials meals. They have been doing home delivery for a while now but recently introduced their own rather swish mobile app. You can sign up, order and pay for food and it's either ready to collect or be delivered. Download - Knighton Plaice from the app store for Android or iOS. Delivery only shows as available on the days they offer this service.

This is honestly the best place to go for food. The staff are so so so polite, when ever I go in to have something to eat they always get my order right. One time it was cold outside so I decided to eat in and the respect they gave me was out of this world. They are now selling tea and coffee. As soon as I walk in to the shop, all I can smell is the fresh fish and chip that have just been cooked and it's just spectacular. Honestly I can't imagine a better place to go to have a bite to eat. Keep up the good work Sunny. You're doing great 👍👍👍

Enjoyed a takeaway mini fish and chips in the grounds of the Offa's Centre. The owner was really nice and found out that a Greek family originally owned the chippy, so there's good heritage there! Very nice and enjoyable meal.

Great chippy but a few occasions now we have ordered in advance through website then received notification to say it is ready when it is not. As I write this had a notification to say it is ready but when collecting at time still waiting 15 minutes later and told it may be a while before it is ready.

We were visiting knighton on Friday evening and called at knighton chip shop for our tea that we could eat outside as there were 9 of us and have to say that the chips were the nicest I have tasted in years, everything we had was freshly cooked but all worth the wait.
