We enjoyed the selection of small plates on offer, which were good quality and reasonably priced (smalls plates always cost more). If I recall, I think the service was slow, but minus the initial flat bread it did all come out at once. So, that's probably a factor.

Visited this place for the first time just for a coffee but after scrolling the menu couldn't resist trying some food. Absolutely lovely, something very different from your average place. Great food, fair prices, friendly efficient staff. 5* Will be going back.

Great restaurant with a lovely view. Staff were super polite. The Raspberry Bakewell cocktail was the most amazing cocktail I've ever had! The skinny fries in the coconut sauce were divine! I definitely recommend those with the tuna bao buns and the crispy duck roll. Absolutely delicious. Would come here again!

Awesome food, shared 3 plates and some chips between two of us and left nicely full. Staff were lovely and the manager came and chatted after we'd eaten. It was all great but the lamb croquettes with the mint dip need a special mention!

Absolutely loved this place! We got a whole range of food and shared everything. It arrived quickly and was so full of flavour. The presentation of the food was well thought out and beautiful. Lovely portion size, perfect for a few sides that were so wonderful I wouldn't want to skip them! Couldn't resist dessert and we were not disappointed! The dishes are inventive and work really well. We loved the combination of flavours from the various dishes. My new favourite restaurant in North Wales.

Food tasted delicious, as good as they look in the photos. They were huge portions to go with our bottomless brunch + generous cups of wine to keep us satisfied. Got given the wrong tapa for one of our orders, we insisted it wasn't a problem, but they gave us our tapa we didn't receive anyway for free, while we ate the previous. No complaints with the service. Also had extra garlic sauce to go with our garlic bread, huge quanity again was given for dipping, no extra cost. Easy 15% tip. Would go again if we were in the area.

Lovely lovely food! Relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Tapas food. Specially loved the mushrooms with pine nuts and sweet potato with mango. My favourite was halloumi fritters and the chicken and peach salad. Also the mackarel was heavenly. Shame we were in a hurry and couldn't try any desserts. Definitely going back again. What a lovely discovery. The menu is very creative and the food cooked to perfection. Everyone in our party of 8 was very pleased. Vegetarian dishes and desserts were a true highlight.

Popped in on Sunday afternoon, had the Belly Pork, Truffle chips, Salt & Pepper chips and the Beetroot salad. Really nice relaxed vibe with great music and the food was delicious. I imagine it will be lovely in the summer with allhe boats outside- we'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely location by the marina. Exceptional tapas, generous portions and well timed delivery rather than just everything thrown on the table at once. Delicious and unusual combinations, we loved the duck flatbread, the duo of lamb, the crab risotto wrap...everything actually! Great value too!

It was ok, but just ok. Portions are small but nice. We had the suchi which was cooked and disappointing, the other portions were better. Drinks aren't cheap eather - £16.50 for 2 soft drinks, a beer and a G&T.

Lovely food, but thought the sliced tomato with mozzarella - and the sweet potato dish - were very expensive for what was essentially a few slices spread out on a plate. Slices of mozzarella would have been better than a few bits sprinkled on too; hardly enough to share in my opinion. Decor is great and has a lively, busy feel to the place. Great cocktails too.

We had two experiences at la marina, one was a sunny afternoon sitting outside with a bottle of wine and the other in an evening with some nice tapas. Both times were excellent. Im always a bit dubious about having tapas but the portions and quality were superb as was the service. They always have time for you and the location is to die for. I just hope they get the custom through the colder times. The Dinorwic Hotel is just 5mins away as is the town and carparking right outside. If u love tapas it's worth visiting.

First place I've been to in a long time where I can say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, flavour combinations were great, the honey chorizo and the pork were perfect. Cocktails were nice, waiters were friendly and a laugh, served promptly, good price would 100% visit again.

Nice little place, still struggled to get staffs attention. They never had my first choice on the menu on 3 occasion. Then for an alternative to my main they served a some chiken dish tikka i think with half the dish missing and offered no money off so payed full price for half a meal. What i did have i thoroughly enjoyed and was nicely done. Menu had a few things that could have been translated better.

Fantastic place, and a delight to find after a long rain-soaked journey. I was almost shocked to find it - not what I expected in this part of the world generally where, to date, I’ve found eating out to be pretty average (and that’s a generous rating). Welcoming-looking place, nice relaxed vibe with great and enthusiastic staff. Kind of tapas and Mediterranean menu, but a bit more varied and original, for example some really delicious topped flat breads. Some of the best stuff was vegetarian, so great if that’s your focus. Friendly staff, great menu of deliciously cooked food, reasonable wine list. Beautiful spot beside the water. An unreserved ‘recommend’ - it’s definitely worth a bit of a drive...just maybe not from London given it took us 7 hours. Which is a shame as La Marina offers something original and different, and is the sort of place that pops up from time to time in far flung corners of Britain and should be heartily encouraged by way of your patronage.

La Marina has just jumped onto my all time top restaurant list! The flavours were both unusual and exquisite. We shared six dishes between four of us, and we were nicely full. There was a fantastic choice on the menu which must surely cater for everyone. The staff were professional and friendly too. I will go out of my way to return here when next in N Wales.

The for was absolutely peng! Amazing friendly service and great food. Would highly recommend. The only disappointment was the waitress filled the card machine out and didn't give us the opportunity to leave a tip. Definitely going back here!!

Tapas style coastal restaurant in a quiet location. The quality of the food is reflected in how busy it gets. You must book! We were staying nearby as a base for climbing Snowdon. We tried to get a table the first night but they were full so booked for the second night. As a group of 6 we ordered a wide variety of dishes including veg, meat and fish. The fish dishes which used locally caught produce were particularly good. The waiter actually forgot the main for 3 of our party who were kept waiting for a while but I've not reduced the 5 star rating. They couldn't apologise enough. They got the food out to us asap and offered them for free. The drink was flowing by then so we really didn't mind but ended up being an exceptionally cheap meal for us in any case! Happy days.

A lovely setting to place a restaurant over looking the dock. The staff are very laid back but attentive. Food was a high standard tapas crossed seafood style. Very welcoming layout, the google photo doesn't do it justice more high end thar it appears. I shall have to take some next time to represent it fairly. It really is worth a visit.

Had a lovely lunch with my daughter and grandson. Although we arrived near closing time we were made very welcome and were served delicious food by a mannerable and helpful young man. The decor is lovely and we sat by the window so that my grandson could see the boats. A lively afternoon all round.

Very impressive, came in on a whim. Better to book. We were served quickly and not rushed but it wasn't a leisurely two hour at table. It is Tapas Grande rather than tiny bites, I like that. We had plenty, it wasn't cheap, but it was very good, and not expensive either. Dishes as on photo. Everything was ace. Will come again, though will be booking next time.

We had a good meal at the La Marina restaurant. When we arrived we were told that due to a busy weekend, there were a number of dishes not available, which was good as we at least were able to choose to go ahead anyway. The plaice in serrano ham was lovely as were all the other dishes we tried. Whilst the individual plates seemed a bit expensive, overall the price of the final bill was quite reasonable. We would come again.
