Better than Robroyston McDonald's, not as good as Kirkintilloch's, Springburn is destined to be the decent enough McDonald's option of the north side of the city. Food quality is generally good, but the drive through is busier than most, and - not coincidentally I suspect - I've had more order errors at this McDonald's than any other. Still, when the lure of the breakfast menu calls...

I am Disabled as is my friend and when we visited this McDonalds on Springburn Road, we were immediately spotted by a member of staff named Ann. It was evident she had spotted us from the parking lot, as she delivered food to people waiting in cars, for their food to be brought out to them in the Waiting Area. She clearly saw us in a Disabled Bay and realised we were parking to eat in the Restaurant. She helped us order our food, cleaned and prepared a table for us, and after ordering with us, proceeded to collect all the items, like salt, sugar, napkins etc, that we would require and brought everything over to our table. She regularly checked throughout the duration of our time there, as to whether we had everything we needed or wanted. Any request from us was met with a smile and a happy positive attitude. Ann helped us make our meal more enjoyable, and she achieved this by ensuring her input was appropriate and measured. Throughout this time, Ann was still dealing with deliveries to waiting cars outside and helping the counter staff fill the Delivery driver’s orders, all completed with a smiling face and cheery attitude. She used humour to engage with everybody within the McDonald’s Restaurant as the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. This was my Friend and I’s first visit to this store and due to how enjoyable Ann made our visit, it is the start of regular visits on our part. Ann was a terrific advert for your Company. A credit to Herself and her Management Team. An excellent employee. We sincerely hope that she receives some form of recognition for all we saw today, because it was clear, her commitment to doing her job, to the best of her abilities, was absolute. By Mrs L. Slow service, hot chocolate was like dishwasher, went to counter to let them know, staff couldn't be arsed. To busy, poorly trained and unmotivated staff. It was a bit of a shambles.

Went in with my grandaughter and her dad ordered food staff member very rude and unprofessional. When the food came the lattie was only a quarter filled i had to wait again for replacement. Its becoming a thing throughout McDonalds this food short or latties . Please do something . Also advice to staff don't take your beef with customers to work keep them away . I was in this branch yesterday with my friend's 9 year old daughter and we were both very impressed by the service we received from Lewis. He was so helpful, extremely pleasant and very polite. Well done Lewis, itswas a pleasure to be served by you.

A pretty standard McDonalds. Order accuracy is better than in the Robroyston outlet. The drive through here is almost always bedlam, but they manage the situation it fairly well. I have the strong impression this outlet is mainly focused on deliveries and drive through, as opposed to eating in. There are always lots of delivery drivers inside collecting huge orders, meaning you can wait a lengthy time for even a simple order.

Staff really nice and helpful, restaurant clean, food well cooked. Wheelchair accessible and free parking available. I would have given 5 stars but on this occasion the soft drinks had no ice and were flat which is very unusual for any branch of McDonald's but I would still recommend it as a good place to eat.

No faults except when going round at night the screen you check at window is blindingly light, thought I was going to heaven. Should set it for night mode to avoid blinding drivers 🤙🏼

A typical McDonalds really. The food is quick and the staff are efficient. Sometimes the ice cream machine is "not working", and the speaker at the drive-through is hard to hear at times.

The Springburn road branch gets the order correct via the drive through most of the time. Inside the restaurant has made quite a few mistakes in my experience. Drive through staff are very friendly and remember you as a 'regular' which is nice and always make the effort to ask how you are etc but inside the restaurant is usually very chaotic and has a long wait even just for a single cold drink or a coffee, even though you can see it has been made already and is waiting to be handed out to you. This is a shame as it detracts from the overall view of this branch but the drive through is so good.

Order pods are a superb fast and efficient method of getting ones food order. Food is same as any McDonald's. Plenty of seating around to accommodate all who wish to sit for a while.

It's a McDonalds. What more needs to be said? They're all basically the same and you either love them or you hate them. This one was no different than any other - quick service, nice and clean and tasty fast food. That's why I visit!!!

It's McDonald's. What else can I say? So it's hit and miss in terms of getting your food hot. Coffee is always spot on though. Place is kept clean inside but the usual lazy people just tossing their rubbish out the window when there is a bin a few meters away.

Your typical mac, positives new makeover, negatives the two drive through kiosks system not effecient! At least I never seen them work in the same time, inside there is only one counter to take your order, assuming everybody would pay by card therefore there are a couple of kiosk interfaces instead, the kids table have 3 'broken' tablets!
