Wow. Had lunch here with my husband for the first time and already talking about going back. Had the soup which was very tasty. The pork burger was amazing with chips. Then came the desserts too finish it off. I really enjoyed mine however i had to taste my husbands which was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place and book a table so your not disappointed.

4 of us went to Mr MacGregors, Clarkston road, for afternoon tea. What beautiful surroundings, we where in the small but pretty conservatory where we enjoyed our afternoon tea with great choice of sandwiches and wraps and as always plenty of cake, Prosecco enjoyed too. The sun was warm that day so even though the windows where open and a staff member put on the air conditioner we moved into the inside of MacGregors to stay cool and have a few more drinks The staff where very helpful and attentive. As the cafe/restaurant is on a busy road there is a small car park adjoining it which is great. All in all a great afternoon

Brunch with the kids. Fantastic experience. Friendly staff, nice chairs that were comfy. Kids had mini breakfast and the white chocolate pancakes. I had Mr MacGregor's Benedict Stack and husband had Mr MacGregor's Full Scottish. All dishes looked amazing, mine especially. Kids loved their meals! Our were really yummy too. Good coffee and babychinos. Definitely be back again.

So sad that our food wasn’t better today. The new menu is interesting unless you are vegetarian: I had a starter and a side instead of the delicious feast I was looking forward to. Cocktails are still nice though.

Visited for brunch today. Food and service were absolutely great and we definitely would recommend to visit if you are hungry and nearby. The only downside for me today was that I booked a table in conservatory but when we arrived there was no space for us in the conservatory.

Really helpful staff, went with a coeliac family member and had to ask for advice re gluten free options - they fully explained the menu, offered alternatives and ensured it was fully gf. Great service and great food.

Really like this restaurant. Menu although small, is varied enough. Food is always really good on taste, quality and freshness. Although supposed to be 'tapas style', I find the portion sizes still large and 2 is enough. Although we always over order extras for the table, who can resist. Staff are friendly and good fun, like the decor and there's always a relaxed, happy atmosphere.

Brilliant service and delicious food. We were worried we'd cook in the conservatory area, but it was very comfortable. Serving staff warm and attentive. Would especially recommend the wild mushroom bruschetta ... Done badly in so many places but theirs was really flavourful. Our first time there, won't be our last.

Very nice bistro. Halloween theme up just now and looks good. Don't do draught juice or large cokes which I prefer to the small glass ones. Tried the scotch pancake tacos. Think the topper would be to candy the bacon but was still yum.

The decor and ambience was quite good but I felt the menu isn't too extensive as my husband is elderly and has limited dietary needs. I also felt that between courses the table could have done with a wee clean but wasn't given one. Nice staff though....

I gave 3 stars, was almost 2. I was in today with a friend. I've been looking forward to going for ages, however, was disappointed. We weren't given the nicest table available. Service was very good, staff were very nice (hence 3 stars), food was just ok.
