Went I’m last night for a quick bite to eat, we managed to get a table straight away, 10 minutes later people were having to wait so we arrived just at the right time! Between ordering & receiving our food didn’t take very long 10 mins max! When food arrived it was presented well & was hot fresh & very tasty! Would definitely visit this Nando’s again😀

The staff are always really friendly and efficient. Even when the place is busy they'll keep you informed and are happy for you to leave your name and continue shopping and come back if there is a wait. Food is always 10/10. Recommended for a quick bite if you're out shopping.

Came here wasn't too busy got seated right away then about 10 mins later there was a queue. We ordered a chicken combo platter for 2 quite pricy and not a lot of chicken. The waitress came out with order and 2 dirty plates we asked if she could change it and came back with another 2 dirty plates. Food was ok a bit overpriced.

Got a sharer meal for two, food was amazing. Staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a mixup with our order as it got lost in the system. Staff were more than happy to help and resolve the issue and it was quickly rectified. Will definitely be returning thanks to the amazing manager and staff on tonight. Thanks guys!

Usually love a cheeky nandos but on this occasion, it was not good. Our food was cold and we waited 40 mins. After being told to use the app add it would be quicker. It was in their defense very very busy. Our server was lovely and couldn't do enough for us, but the food was awful

The food is excellent, but the atmosphere is an overwhelming assault on the senses. The acoustics amplify the din of the other the diners and the open kitchen. The music is turned up to compete with the noise, but this just means the overall noise is a mixed medley. The smell from the kitchen isn't unpleasant, but it can be overwhelming. The wait times are very long, but the food is freshly cooked and worth the wait. The staff are friendly helpful too.

We decided last minute to take a drive out to Nandos Glasgow Fort for a mid week dinner treat. Even though it's one of their bigger local restaurants, it's shopping centre location meant we still had a wait of about 15 minutes for a table. I'm a late comer to the Nandos experience (this was only my 5th visit) but it has quickly established itself on my 'what do I fancy to eat' list. In my short experience, staff have always been helpful and cheery and last night was no exception. A bump of our table by one of the family resulted in a drink spill just as our food was being served. My meal got a coating of Coke and the server took it away and replaced it and helped us clean up. Our meal was great - with everyone in the family happy and well refreshed with bottomless drinks.

Love Nandos however this one is usually busy all the time. We made reservations but still had to wait to be seated. Its by far the busiest Nandos we go to but as always staff are great and food is exceptional

I know it can vary when you go to nandos. Sometimes the person on the grill is on the ball and other times not so much. This particular nandos is always spot on. Been a few times now and the food and service had been on point.

Recommend this restaurant. . But one member of staff just shone . In my 16yr old grandaughter words he would do anything for you. And acts like he loves his job. When we were their their was an incident .where a glass smashed in a member of staffs hand. This guy was right their and dealt with the incident so professional. This guys name is Scott. Nearly £13 for a chicken wrap and spicy fries.....coke... spice just thrown over chips on the plate..... no chicken in the wrap.... certainly wouldn't recommend it.... a lot of money for not much food...🙄

Really enjoyed my own dinner, chicken was perfectly cooked and chips with Peri salt we're really tasty but the kids meal was a let down, chicken was too spicy despite it was meant to be plain-ish and the potato wedges were horrible.
