Absolutely amazing place. Food is unbelievably good. I was genuinely taken away by the taste. My daughter loved her burger and was made up at the fact she could get bbq sauce with her fries instead of regular condiments. The desserts were out of this world, both taste and presentation. And to top it all off the every member of staff is so very polite, warm and welcoming, honest and very charming. I couldn't pick a fault even if I had to. Very pleased with our experience and I can't wait to return. 5 stars isn't to rate how wonderful this place is.

Great place. Service is good and owner is very helpful and friendly. We got a mix of philly steaks, nachos and loaded chips. Portions are big and everything was tasty and freshly made. Milkshakes are just the way they should be, thick and rich. Also a bonus being everything is halal. Also lots of Vegan options. If you're in East Kilbride, I would recommend this place.

We tried this restaurant for the first time last night for a takeaway, the girl on the phone was so polite and careful to get our order correct. Or order arrived on time and was so fresh and tasty, we can highly recommend the burgers and the chicken tenders, the best we have ever had delivered ! So tonight we decided to try them again and order different things, again the gentleman on the phone was careful, polite and double checked our order also suggested dips etc. Fantastic service again. The flavours were great, packaging was great, delivery was great with a lovely driver. Please don’t hesitate to order for this restaurant, you will love it. We will no doubt be back again and again. Sorry no pics 😂 too busy tucking in !

The food tastes amazing. A good mix of flavours. However the cleanliness of the place needs addressed. We were shown to a table that clearly was not clean. Nor was it cleaned whilst we sat there. The front of house staff looked over worked and under-supported by the back of house staff. Image means everything. Would have been 4 stars had the place been clean. 5 stars if there had been an upbeat atmosphere.

Just a shopping centre eatery but absolutely the best philly cheese steak and hot dog ever. They went a but crazy with the cheese whizz on the chilli cheese fries but are every last morsel. Chocolate milkshake very good but would prefer without ice. Can't wait to take friends

Just went here for the first time. Ordered loaded fries, original cheese burger and the plant based burger for my partner. I have to say one if not the best burger I've had in a very long time. Load fries were lovely with plenty chicken and sauce. Partner thought hers was absolutely lovely, right amount of spice. Would highly recommend and very polite staff. Great job.

In one word.. WOW! First time eating here and I went with The Works cheese steak and my girlfriend got the Hot Crunch beef burger. I was full half way into my cheese steak before I was full but this was one of those dishes you must finish because it's too good to leave. The Hot Crunch was a little too spicy for my girlfriend but she demolished that burger anyway. I also got a luxury Bueno milkshake and it's amazing. Definitely going to be coming back. Didn't get the waitresses name but she was really cheerful and the service was great.

Well, this was our first time visiting and omg! From the moment we were greeted by Adam we felt welcome and safe. We sat down to look at the menu and were amazed at the variety. We order chicken loaded fries, chilli cheese fries and a children's cheeseburger meal. It arrived promptly and we were not disappointed. The portion sizes are spot on and the flavours are out of this world! I mean that literally! Step in here and let your taste buds take you to America without the long flight and expense. The owners are lovely, and very open and caring about their customers! Now for the shake. We ordered a Belgian chocolate shake and it is by far the most flavoursome and delicious shake I've ever tasted. We will most definitely be returning and will be ordering for home delivery 100% Well done to the whole team!

Surprisingly good food here, and great customer service from the staff. We really enjoyed our hoggies(steak was delicious!) , fries and milkshakes, too, defo be back, staff took time to explain menu, and checked that everything was okay, much better service than surrounding eateries.

Went for the first time today with the family. Travelled one and a half hours to visit after finding it online. Went in search of an authentic Philly Cheesesteak and boy was it worth it! Food was fantastic and the cheesesteak was easily the best I've had outside the USA. Staff were great, really helpful and friendly, so was the owner who came over to see if everything was ok and had a chat about their freshly prepared cheesesteak's. Deserts were also fantastic and so many to choose from! Would definitely recommend and will definitely return, excellent 👍

The food took over two hours to come when ordering through ubereats and we only ordered one milkshake and 2 cookie dough. I ended up on the phone 5 times trying to sort it out but when it did EVENTUALLY arrive it was amazing and we had some free cake for the inconvenience.

We found this little gem on Just Eat first and were able to visit yesterday. The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We ordered the veggie cajun burger and the veggie steak and they were amazing! Honestly some of the best plant based food I've had. Also, would recommend the churros or the cheescake 👌 Will be visiting again!

Due to the incompetence of Uber Eats,I had to wait nearly 2 and a half hours for my food,but I was notified from the staff at Philly Steaks n Shakes that my meal had to be remade 3 times because of the delays at Uber Eats... when I eventually received my meal,it was fresh and cooked really well. 5 stars 👌🏻👍🏻
