Food was amazing, we had the Groupon voucher with 2 meal courses. I went with my friends and we did enjoy the meal. The only thing I was not happy about was the Corkage. They have not license to sell alcohol drinks but you can bring your own to the restaurant and still you would be charged 3.95£ for it. It could be helpful if they would the costumer know about it before ahead.

I’ve been to Po’Boyz several times, both takeaway and sit in. The service is great and the food is excellent! Their wedges are some of the nicest I’ve ever had at a burger place and never disliked anything from the menu. If you are sitting in then you need cash, but there is a cash machine in the square just outside.

Tried this restaurant using a Groupon voucher so excellent value for money. Owner and staff very friendly, attentive and professional. Food was beautifully presented and tasted great. Had sirloin steak and it was tastier than one I had last week at Miller and Carter. I would certainly return.

Dropped in for a bite to eat after treatment at the Beatson Hospital and it was great. I wanted buffalo chicken wings and a half rack of ribs and the owner pointed out they had a dish that had them both. Great wings, great ribs, I’d recommend this place to people with easy parking out the front.

This is a great restaurant I would honestly recommend this place. The food is very tasty and great value. The staff are polite and very efficient. The fact that there is no alcohol licence is not a hindrance as if you want a drink take it with you and for a nominal fee you can drink it on the premises. Will go again.

Lovely atmosphere in here, not what I expected. The server was very courteous and the food was perfect for me. I can't tell you the relief of seeing a normal bun for a burger when you're lactose intolerant. (Brioche everywhere). Would highly recommend po Boyz, we will definitely be back!

Food is fantastic. Had the chilli bacon bombers and the cat fish bites and both were fantastic (no pics sorry). Had the Mac n cheese with chips which were amazing, I'm not a huge fan of chips at all but theses were the best chips I've had in such a long time. Hot chocolate was pretty good too.

It was ok I guess. It was late. I ordered the catfish bites to takeaway. The price he quoted was more than the price in the window. He said it was a new menu, and charged the original price. But this is the second time this has happened in 5 months. I won't go there again.

Came for lunch, having done a quick Google search in the area. Service was great; food came quickly. We had a beef Po'boy and a pulled pork Po'boy (which was tastier, but both were excellent), and a portion of chilli fries between us - which was plenty, and we were hungry! Had 0% beer along with it. Very happy with all of it. We would return if we were in the area; but in common with a few other reviewers we were surprized by the need to pay cash (the tiny board at the till saying 'cash only' wasn't pointed out when we arrived) and the dining room wall had a lot of dried food splattered on it. The toilet was pretty grubby, and no hot water. A little bit of care and it would have been 5*

Easy parking, courteous & attentive staff, nice setting with descriptive art work detailing history of Po'Boyz. Hand sanitiser available on entering restaurant, masks worn until seated & waitress also wearing mask. Great meal & we will go back here.

I’m a regular at this restaurant and the quality of the food and portion sizes never disappoint. The toilet facilities are dirty and unacceptable for a food premises. The general cleanliness of the restaurant area is marginal and requires more attention. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Overall, I would recommend.

Really enjoy coming down to this place in Broomhill within the wee shopping plaza. The service is really good and the all the staff are friendly! Compared to some other places within the Broomhill/Jordanhill area, they’re really helpful. Menu is a typical fusion of American based dishes i.e. burgers, chilli dogs, chicken dippers … and it’s not too expensive either! The coffee is good and it’s a warm welcoming environment! If you need to do some work on a laptop then there’s decent WiFi access! It’s good to see that despite the pandemic this place is still here. The menu could do with minor tweaking, maybe a little less salt in some dishes, not a huge criticism, just a helpful hint to see the place and people who run the establishment do well! Thank you!

Fantastic wee bistro/cafe. We all loved the pizza and sides. We took advantage of a special offer and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Fantastic. I have just booked for us to go back at the weekend for a special family event. This time we are going for the steak offer - those looked really delicious last time. I can see this wee hidden gem becoming a family favourite. Staff were lovely, but the other customers were coming and going and using the toilets without putting face coverings on. As I was part of a larger party (6), our table was out of the way of the general thoroughfare but these thoughtless people, but other customers should be following guidelines to keep those around them as safe as they can. Especially when Glasgow is back into a "lockdown lite", with the threat of further restrictions hanging over us. Pay attention people!!! The guidelines are there for a reason.

Great service and tasty food! The classic burger is juicy, packed full and in a soft bun that doesn't go soggy. The chicken tenders were a pleasant surprise, with a unique and super crunching coating. Lovely crunchy fries as well. We got these to take away for a very reasonable price. I've visited Poboys a few times recently for coffee and more recently the steak deal 2 starters 2 steaks £20.99 the steak was excellent value cooked perfectly and huge portions. My mum struggled to finish hers and very helpful waitress boxed the remainder of her steak to take away with her. Would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

A hidden gem in the Broomhill Shopping Centre run by a very enthusiastic, kind and helpful gentleman who really made us feel welcome and guide us through their menu, offers and product. The offering is American in tone (lots of meat, carbs and the likes) and there's something on there for everyone. We enjoyed one of their Po'boy sandwiches, hot dogs, sweet potato fries, coleslaw and corn. Portion sizing was reasonable and the freshness was good across the board. The sweet potato fries were hot, crispy and on point and the slaw was flavoursome (though a bit more would be good). The only weakness (and the drop in star) was that our corn was not cooked consistently with both pieces hot on one side and cold on the other. It wasn't a showstopper as the corn still tasted great from the bbq but just gotta watch that. That said, we'll be back as the product is great, price is reasonable and the service excellent!

Found this place in 5pm and thought the deal was great which was starter and Main for £12.95 so thought we would try it. Food was amazing. I had the buffalo wings and the Steak which had a £3 supplement but worth every penny. So much food I could not finish. Let me say, I love steak and it was beautifully cooked with hand cut chips and onion rings. Well worth a visit even if it's a trip for you to get here. Enjoy

We took our son here at the start of Sept to celebrate his 14th birthday. The waiter was FANTASTIC, he was so attentive, warm and funny. He made the night feel very special. We used the Meerkat Meals deal (2 for 1 for up to 6 people) so got a real bargain. The Chicken selects (starter) were a real favourite among the children who have already decided to order them as a main next time. The ribs were fantastic, just fell off the bone. The Pizza was way to big for my daughter to finish so we were offered a box to take it home. The children all opted for milkshakes which were quite pricey but absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this cosy restaurant to family and friends and can't wait to return. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

Place is hit or miss. I've had nice food a couple of times (around the time it first opened) but I've also had dry burgers, overcooked chicken and milkshakes in dirty glasses. Got a hotdog delivered once and I couldn't eat it, was really soggy and salty. For the price I'd say it's not worth it. I've never been back. I see the chefs out back sometimes when I'm walking past, and they're hanging out by the bins smoking then going back in and cooking food. They need to up their game.

Omg I had the best meal ever at po.boys tonight! Had rack of ribs to start...was delicious and then me and my partner shared a pizza...must say best pizza I've ever tasted...even the cajun and garlic dip was so yummy! This place would be the best place on earth if they actually listen and read the order. I ordered a burger meal...and never got chips with it....to there credit....they offered a free burger and fries....then I says...can you make sure there is sauce in burger as you have it advertised....and the one I had was too plain....and then it turned up with the missing chips and no sauce....so the burger tasted boring and Plain....2 orders...in 2 nights.....still couldn't get it right....shame....because the place is absoloutley dynamite....food is mega brilliant ...if made right and sent out right...letting themselves down big time....but....there food is superb if delivered right...best place about in Glasgow.. no sure tho if I will order again tho..

The food is fantastic and fairly unique in Glasgow. Southern US style home cooking and really tasty. Particularly recommend the burger and also the mac n cheese. Friendly staff and byob at the moment. A real bonus for the area. One criticism which is easily rectified. Please please change the horrible cool white led down lights to warm white equivalent - you can get them in ikea for two for a fiver for the nondimmable ones or a fiver each for the dimmable ones. It would go a huge way to improving the atmosphere and I think the place would be mobbed. The reason that I usually opt for takeaways is that the cool white lights make for a very sterile atmosphere. My wife also concurs.
