What a brilliant find! Expected the run of the mill for food and drink on a quick shopping trip but a coffee stop turned into an impressive brunch. No hesitation. Staff were excellent- every one, and one look at the interesting menu convinced us to stay a while. Portuguese inspired food with authentic flavours and ingredients by the look of our food and the wider menu. Chorizo and spinach scrambled egg can’t fail to please or the traditional Portuguese breakfast with toast, tomato, baked eggs, avocado, halloumi… Coffee hit the spot too. Obrigado Rico’s!

This is the best vegetarian breakfast I've had! Such a hidden gem, its in a shopping centre, not the sort of places known for its stunning food. Tastes exactly how it looks, top quality. If your ever finding yourself in East Kilbride, this is a must!

Easily the best place in East Kilbride for breakfast or lunch. A standard of food you will rarely find anywhere but especially in the middle of a shopping centre. Really excellent stuff and highly recommend

Delicious lunch as is usual. The most amazing gluten free carrot cake, which was beautifully moist and soft, and the best gf one we've ever had. Wonderfully decadent special hot chocolate with cream, coconut and chocolate syrup. Lovely helpful staff as always.

Great place to eat and the staff are wonderful.we have just Meg who likes to party at the weekend but always turns up for her work and is a bit of a saver with her tips. Then we have Sarah who's also a hard worker and very pleasant,and finely we have Fern who appears to be the quiet one but deep down could she be a party animal time will tell all great girls friendly service is excellent from all of them it's really hard to choose which one is the better, think I might need the sorting hat from Harry potter to choose.💖💖🤣🤣

Club sandwich is good. Ma wee maw says the Portuguese soup is bangin' but I've never felt the need to investigate any further than the club sandwich. It's got avovadodos on it.

I always love Rico's. I've only ever been for breakfast though, so this was my first experience with their lunch menu. I had the veggie pasta, and my partner had the burger with smoked cheese and bacon. The relish that came with the burger was UNREAL and I stole some of his chips dipped in it. My pasta was super tasty. Really cheesy, loads of mushrooms and spinach. I'm not a vegetarian, but I didn't miss meat at all in this, it was so good, and loads of sauce to mop up with the garlic bread! Staff were lovely as always, highly recommend here to anyone shopping in EK.
