A. I.Every order has been delivered within the time limit and the food always really nice. You can rely on your food being fresh, warm and good quality ingredients. Once there was a mix up (probably at my end) and they went over and above to resolve it. We tried another couple of sandwich places via Just Eat and they just weren't a patch on Simply Bread. A well deserved 5*
S. D.We were given 4 free cakes today as they felt we had had a long wait. It was a bit longer than last time but we all ordered hot food and we weren't complaining. It's such simple but great customer service like this that makes me return to good businesses. So refreshing to feel like a valued customer when so many get it wrong these days! Thank you!

Compared to what they are now, it's not great.
It costs more but you get less.
I've had chips that were still frozen.
They use a microwave for toasties and panini's so it becomes more of a hot baguette.
The staff however are excellent and friendly, I've just had to many issues with the food there I most likely won't be going back which is a great shame :(
