The food is ok, small portions and very expensive. The drinks are not great and really expensive. The only really good thing is the staff, they are so nice and friendly. Overall, wouldn't go back. Too expensive for ok small amount of food.

Had such a great meal with a friend tonight before the cinema. food was amazing and the service was top tier! Our server was David C and he totally made our night! He was attentive and checked everything was okay with our food and drinks throughout the night + he made us laugh a lot! 😄

First time at a TJI's as not a meat fan. Granted, as expected there was not much on the menu that I was attracted to but did have a few vegan options which sufficed on this occasion. It was the only place open so was only option. What I did have was enjoyable and cooked well. So have no complaints about my visit. I do think however, that the best part of my evening was the service. The server was really interactive and cheerful. Great service is always highly appreciated. Thanks for a very accomodating visit to TJI's.

I've never known this place not to be busy and sometimes we had to wait for a table, but it was worth it. Food is tasty with some choice for vegetarians and, as someone else mentioned, portion sizes are good. Staff is always there and happy to help. There's a good vibe in this restaurant as well. Prices are same as everywhere else - not the lowest, but not extortionate either. Decent portions and friendly staff make up for it.

Went in on Saturday for lunch and enjoyed jack daniels sesame chicken strips ordered a glass of prosecco and was shocked to find out they were selling a 125ml glass for £6.90 I personally think this is a disgrace I spoke to Lauren our server and questioned this to which she confirmed as there was no price list on our table I asked for one .I would have paid £22 for a bottle rather than paying ,£6.90 for one so please make sure your drinks lists are on all the tables FYI your menu states £6.75 for 125 ml prosecco.

Great food, however not much personality or pleasantries from the people onshift. Web said opens at 1100, we opened the door at 1130 and weren't greeted or made to feel welcome. On the way out 3 servers passed us, heads down, not even a goodbye.

We were only in for drinks after some shopping. Delicious cocktails but the service was pretty slow and the stools at the bar we were seated in were wobbly as anything, made for quite an uncomfortable visit when your stool tilts away from you every time you move slightly.

I regularly visit this TGI and previously the food is poor and overpriced. We had to wait for a table. Waited for a good few minutes to get served as the barman was more interested in chatting to other staff. Started with chicken strips which were very nice but the portion size has decreased. Still as nice as ever though. I got the chicken tostado main. Was nice however would have preferred more sauce as near the end it was a bit dry. Staff were very friendly. Only issue Way overpriced!

Pretty disappointed with dinner tonight. There to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Meals came out and yet again both my sister's and my chicken was cold. We had it replaced but only chicken in centre was warm, the bits around the edge were cool. On booking I had noted it was a celebration meal for my daughter's birthday. Other tables had happy birthday sung to them. My daughter was a little upset as no one sang to her. We have been in a few times this year for various birthday celebrations. There was 10% taken off the due to the chicken but overall it was not the best evening. We didn't have our receipt to allow us to provide feedback so I thought I would leave details here instead.

Went to TGIs for a meal at the weekend after spending the day shopping. Were seated quickly even though the restaurant was busy. Ordered the steak and was surprised at how perfectly it was cooked. Was looked after by Angela who went above and beyond to make sure we received good service and didn't make me feel awkward with my special dietary requirements. She was very attentive and had a really friendly attitude towards all of her customers

I wasn't sure what to expect with this actually as last time in city centre and been a bit of a nightmare!!however when we turned up had to book for 15 mins later at 4pm but once we returned seated no bother in a large booth.plenty room for 4 of us.our server (who was Christopher, I think,based on the receipt)was really friendly and patient with all the kids fussiness of "I don't want anything on the menu but chips" and "I don't want a main course but I'll have 3 side orders".our burgers one classic American cheese and one californian chicken were superb.kids really enjoyed what they had too.all in all a great experience.will definitely return!!🍔🍔🍟🍟🥗🥗

Good food as always. They ran out of the first beer my husband wanted to order, and took a while to tell him, then when he ordered a different one, they forgot to bring it. The toilets weren't very clean. Obviously hadn't been checked for a while. Staff seemed a little bit distracted and didn't check on us (or my husband would have had his drink) it wasn't very busy that day.

The staff are so nice and considerate. The food is also really really good. I had the garlic ciabatta bread to start, the chips and chicken strips and house salad as my main. My mum had the Jack Daniels chicken (can't Remeber the actual name), the half rack of ribs and the house salad, we both loved it. Can't complain. :)

TGI Fridays 35, 763 Barrhead Rd, Glasgow G53 6AG Restaurant Neil Campbell 416 points 2 minutes ago A great place to have a pint whilst my wife is shopping, at £4.50 a pint a pint or two max is all I'd buy, didnt eat whilst I was there but food was their main priority and it was served fast and looked good, Unfortunately the bar man and I do mean 1 person would help out with orders clearing plates from tables leaving bar empty, and although waiter/waitress staff could ask him for orders they couldn't serve me when he was helping their job, 1 waitress looked down upon me and said, I don't do bar work. If they don't want bar customers move the bar as the main thing you see when you walk in. Have a small serving hatch and get more tables in. Disappointed especially cause it ain't cheap.

Thier current vegan burger is excellent and should be a main stable for vegans eating out. Great service fair priced. The restaurant itself is reminiscent of faux Americana which arguably is dated and over done in the decor however the food and staff can not be faulted. Excellent service and nice food variety particular with an excellent classic vegan burger option now available.

It's okay I guess. Theme restaurant. Staff are very attentive. Menu has a decent range though is a bit heavy on the meaty and spicy side. The main problem is that almost everything has sugar in it. The sauces are all too sweet, making all the meats too sweet. Sweet glazes used everywhere. It's not that cheap either. Frankie and Benny's is about the same quality with more choice and probably cheaper too.

I was here with my brother who has Down Syndrome and the server was just downright brilliant. Engaged with him kneeling down to his level about badges (absolutely obsessed) as well as explaining what each and individual one meant that she was wearing and eventually getting him his own personal badge to take home. I have been at TGI Friday's in Silverburn many times and have always found the food to be great. The food is always: delicious, well presented and plentiful. I have never left TGI's without feeling full and happy. The staff are pleasant and friendly and in particular have always been great with my two young children. On my most recent visit I ordered the Warrior burger and upgraded my fries to Warrior Fries. The burger was well cooked and delicious, it was particularly filling. The Warrior Fries were GRIM! Fries covered in a delicious bleu cheese sauce and Trinidad Scorpion chili hot sauce. The fries were both a delight and painful to eat and I would thoroughly recommend ordering them. I truly enjoy the food at TGI Friday's, I would recommend eating there for high quality and well priced food.

We were sat at the bar for nearly an hour whilst waiting for a table and only managed to get served once and even after being seated we waited a further 30 minutes for our drinks order. Hopefully this is down to teething problems but it has certainly put us off going back let's face it most people go to TGI's for the cocktails and if you can't get served what's the point.

We took the kids here for the first time for my daughters birthday,,, we were blown away, my wee boy has coeliac disease... which makes eating out very difficult. So he got his first ever burger made with a BUN. Which any coeliac will tell you is not available. He said mum I have died and gone to heaven..it's such a little thing but to see my son eat without any problems, was fantastic, we don't eat out alot as a family because of this issue, that's now changed, the staff and the service we received was amazing the manager came over to double check his order and to advise his food would be made fresh etc... then they sang happy birthday and gave my daughter a cake... best way to end a fantastic day for sure... We have now got somewhere we can go without any problems and enjoy a good meal and quality family time... 💖 x

Amazing service, the girl noticed I was taking cold and flu tablets and offered me a cup of hot water and lemon which to me showed a very high level of care from her to actually offer me that and made my day, the food arrived quickly and was very tasty.
