Absolutely fantastic food - we're vegan and have missed the proper fish and chip shop experience and this just went above and beyond. The portions were great for the price, the vegan options were fantastic ((we tried the sausages and chicken nuggets)), and the service was lovely! Would definitely recommend!

look. av hid innumerable chips cheese n curry sauce fae chippies in glasgow and these r possibly the most beautiful ones av ever set my wee speccy eyes upon. so delicious, so crispy, ma boyfriend hud an absolutely stunning hawf pizza too, the lassies serving us were heavy sound n hid a wee giggle n it has aw possibly lead up to ma most beautiful chippy experience ever. n that’s saying suhin. am genuinely in love wae yous n a wish yous well. lots of love

Great tasting fish. Great value. I got the fish meal deal for £6.50 which includes a large fish, a good amount of fries (though a bit soggy), a tub of gravy, and a can of soda. A very filling meal. Only con is there's no seats in the store.

The fried fish is cheap and good taste. I would recommend the garlic mushrooms which I cannot find so delicious in UK and elsewhere or Hong Kong. I hope I can try it again next time.

Wee chippy that has started offering loads of vegan options. Big portions - I've only tried the fish and sausage but they were 10/10 (Although the fish was REALLY fishy - so avoid unless you're into that). I've heard great things about the haggis and black pudding too and will be back soon to try them!

I was visiting an elderly lady in Anderston who fancied some fish and chips for lunch. I went to The Kent Fish and Chip Shop, my first time, and ordered two lunchtime specials, haddock and chips. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. The fish and chips were delicious, generous portions and good value. Would highly recommend "The Kent Fish and Chip Shop" and will definitely go back next time I am in or near Anderson. Cheers Graeme

I've been here quite a few times, usually after work when I worked nearby, the food has always been tasty and the service friendly. The vegan options are so good, especially the to'fish and sausage suppers, and the tartare sauce with the to'fish is really good too. I'd love to get delivery but sadly they don't deliver to my area as far as I know, but will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

The best chippy on the planet. I cant fault the place at all. The chips are always cooked and fresh and absolutely delicious. They are cooked in rapeseed oil - even better. There is a great vegan menu and the suppers are big enough for two. There is always good old Glesga banter going on and great service. In fact I don't think I have found a chippy like it and ever will. I am looking forward to when the lock-down ends so I can go back.

Best I've ever had and most friendly staff. Fish was perfectly cooked, textured, and flavored. Fries were just as good. If you're travelling to Glasgow, skip the other places (which are fine) and come to this no-pretense shop where they really care most about they food they serve and their customers satisfaction

Good options for people who eat meat and those who don't, everything seems to be made fresh to order (which can cause a wait but worth it I suppose) only ever been served by the one guy, usually very friendly. Maybe a little on the expensive side compared to other chip shops around.
