Food and drink was good value for money. All the food tasted nice, good portion sizes and went down a treat. Halloumi fries and the sweet potato fries are recommended. Staff were extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. Cannot fault them whatsoever. Tables and interior were clean and tidy. The bar next door was busy but we wouldn't have known as didn't hear any noise from there. No issues in getting a table, but it was Tuesday night. We didn't realise, but remember to use your Meerkat Meals voucher to get 25% off your meals Monday-Wednesday. We'll definately be back.

Went in today for lunch for the first time and it was delicious. I has the halloumi fries which normally comes with garlic mayo but I asked for sweet chilli dip, they were crispy and the cheese melted in my mouth. for mains I got the mix grill

This is the second time in my wife and myself have been the Windmill for afternoon lunch. The service was brilliant we were shown to a table which was satisfactory as the Scottish open was on TV which I like. The food was just as delicious as the last time we both had Hunter's chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the bacon. The chips were big, hot and delicious. The overall mark is 10 out 10. I am sure that my wife and myself will be back to try out the other parts of the menu in a few weeks time.

Having been turned away from somewhere else who didn't allow bookings, we stopped here on the off chance and despite being really busy the staff told us we could eat outdoors and they would try fit us indoors before our food came. We had problems with the app but the staff couldnt have been more helpful getting the order through and did have us seated inside before our food arrived. Brilliant service and girls were really friendly. Food was lovely with a steak cooked to perfection and for us portion sizes are perfect. First time there and will definitely be back,

Wasnt imoressed. Got southern fried chicken when i asked for buttermilk. Manager said its the same??? Clearly it isnt. Colleague tasted it to...defo southern fried! Went here a few years back with my partner ordered jacket potato and the steak, the steak was cooked to perfection and the jacket potato was pretty hard as if microwaves but other than that everything tasted amazing, would definitely come back here, staff were polite also

I've been here a few times and staff are always friendly. Might have to wait for meals depending on how busy it is. Meals are good and reasonably priced. Sometimes it's better to book a table than just turn up as it can be busy on Sundays. Would like to see a wee tipping glass on the bar though.

Comfortable interior and friendly staff, good overall selection of food at a reasonable price. The macaroni cheese is lovely and just the right portion for a lunch however, my only snag is the waitress apologised for the garlic bread nearly falling off the plate so she held it on with her chest pressed against it, personally if I was the waitress I’d say I’ll get your fresh one.

Nice little pub split into bar and lounge area. We usually just stick to the lounge. Reasonably priced for food and drinks, food is of a good standard. Pleasant staff too. Karaoke and other live entertainment on throughout the month plus a quiz night on a Thursday.

Food is always amazing even when its not what you ordered. Also advertising stuff on your menu which you dont serve is very misleading and annoying to run back and ask twice as to what the tables replacement will be. As for the staff they are lovely and very helpful.

We go to the Windmill at least once a week. They do a brilliant quiz on Thursdays, so you can do it all, reserve a table for you and friends, eat delicious food, drink your favourite drinks. And always have plenty of ice. That’s very important to me personally. The the quiz. Then a chance to win the rolling over money pot in play your cards right. At £150. Starts back on Thursday the 10th of January.

A regular for me and my partner. Quiz is good fun. Prices are some of the cheapest you will find. Food is not gourmet but is better than some restaurants we have been to, especially the burgers and tikka masala are a must for us.
