A fairly average BK branch. Clearly been here a while but feels well developed. Longer wait on food during the peak time, but again, expected. Nothing special about the food, was a bit haphazard to eat here as fillings didn't feel placed equally. Still, would come back, maybe during a quieter time.

Hot chocolate was on the drive through menu and we were told they've never sold it, and we asked for bbq sauce (we ordered 3 meals) and were given one little tub to share which was a bit odd. Great to have this open late and service was pretty speedy. Enjoyed 3 vegan options: whopper, mock chicken burger and then the nuggets (which were the best). Easy to order in English via the touchscreen board. Toilets a bit minging.

The vegan food is delicious. We had the vegan whopper and the flavour is amazing. The chips were okay, annoying that there was no ketchup and the mayonnaise isn’t the greatest. We also had the cheese bites which were tasty with sweet chilli sauce. Refillable drinks is a bonus. However, the millions of staff behind the till looked like they would rather be somewhere else, and none of them were smiling. The restaurant could also have done with a bit of cleaning. Not a bad branch, but not the best either.

Not really sure how to rate this one. Easy enough access for drive through but main restaurant entrance is only reachable crossing the drive through line. Also while modern in having the touch screen ordering, the system showing orders processed was ignored by staff and they bluntly asked if I needed my order called out despite watching said screen. Hoping it was an off day?

Not been to a burger king for a long time but needed something quickly so we popped into the one opposite the quays. The service was fine but inside looked a bit outdated, definitely behind McDonald's in this respect. The food was good and the saving grace though, they're fries are still really good imo although for 2 meals and some chicken fries it came to £17. Bit of an eye opener that one! The place was surprisingly busy on a weekday lunchtime, I've always assumed it was a forgotten BK that was somehow still open. Couldn't recommend it for the prices but the food was good, quick and convenient.

AMAZING food but kind of stupid to have to use a code to use bathroom and when I ordered my food it took a long time and when I asked if they started it they said they had already served my order number which was a bit annoying 😐 My receipt also said bottled water instead of apple juice which was weird but I got apple juice so probably was a mistake. Guy at counter was alright but had a weird vibe and seemed really depressed and seemed like he didn't really care or had just given up on life in general. But overall really nice decor, food and clean, nice smelling bathrooms.

Disappointing, drive through slow but expected, unfortunately as we were travelling I decided to take the food away to get out of the city before eating. Unfortunately the order delivered was incomplete, leading great disappointment. My advice always check your order. Perhaps other customers have already experienced this leading to the slow service.

It seems odd to give such a high star review to essentially what is just another franchise of a worldwide burger company or empire BUT this is very much a case of the staff proving the key to customer satisfaction. I came into this Burger King after a cinema visit looking for a quick meal before heading home; the restaurant was moderately busy but with 4 staff on tills taking orders the queue moved quickly. When it came to placing my order, the lady who served me was polite and knowledgeable, knowing the special offers available and voucher codes i had before i even had a chance to present them. I am allergic to cheese so when i asked for an item to be made up specifically without cheese it was a relief that not only did the kitchen achieve this first time (a rare achivement in most of these places) but also to not be looked at like an alien for ordering such a thing.

Nice size burger king, food took a few minutes to come out but that's simply because they were cooking it fresh. Have always loved burger king and the reason why is simply the food actually tastes nice and fresh. The children's fish fingers actually tasted like fish instead of being tasteless things in bread crumbs. Only downside with this particular store is a lack of parking but that's more down to people parking there for free and walking across the road to the shopping centre.

Long queues and noisy. Staff were shouting backwards and forwards to make themselves heard. Only one lady available at the time to clean tables which was an ongoing battle and we were unlucky enough to only be able to get a table right next to a very boisterous queue. However, the food was quickly dispensed and hot and children seem to enjoy it as an occasional treat but it's not a place for lingering. Definitely fast food - and fast eating!

Food was okay, there was no queue. But why oh why do you not put salt on the chips and then, give me no salt to put on the chips 😫😫😫. I cant even go as far as doing the job for you because I have no salt! But on a plus we asked for 2 ketchup (paid for) and we got 8 (dont know if we paid for them all but who cares at this point). And on top of that we had two drinks and 4 straws (WINNING!). It would have been a two star BUT the veggie beanbuger was verrrr nice! Bit sloppy but nice so that's the third star right there. You have to buy something to get a code for the bathroom. I understand why but when you are really needing the toilet and you have to wait in line to place your order just to get the code so you can pee it is rather annoying. Also the drinks machine is always low stocked. Theres always a few options and sometimes it crashes and you have to get someone to restart the machine. Also you get people going up getting free refills when staff are not looking. Its never too busy here and i like their burgers better than macdonalds!

Meh. The whole feel of the place is a bit grotty. There is no digital menu ordering system, and the teller got the order wrong. It's a bit dirty, a bit pasts it's prime. The food was pretty much as expected. So so overall.

Perfection. Dedication. These are the two words that come to mind when I think of burger king in Gloucester. A simple bite of a XL bacon double cheeseburger and you will be in heaven. Beverages are delivered by a coke freestyle machine, which will keep you entertained for hours by the buffoons who can not understand its simple concept.
