All the food we had was so tasty. The pizza dough was cooked to perfection, was so flavourful and light! The Garlic Parmesan chicken wings were so juicy and tender and also delicious! We honestly cannot find a bad word to say about our experience. Nathan the head chef was so friendly and helpful and all the other guys we also very friendly. Will definitely be coming back and/or ordering a delivery!!!

Excellent customer service, friendly and enthusiastic about cooking. Very welcoming, the store is clean, with a lovely seating area tucked away from the front door and menus etc all clearly displayed. Competitively priced and delicious made with fresh ingredients. A refreshing addition to the typical pizza hut offerings! Online ordering was simple, if you have any concerns or special requests you can add notes to your order and the store calls you to confirm and answer your queries. Halal too! On street parking available, limited! I would like to say, thank you very much Harry for your assistance and reading the note on my online order regarding a quick collection. Highly recommended

A real hidden gem! After a friend recommended this place we finally went and I'm so glad we did because its now our fav food establishment The food was amazing proper hand made pizza without the pretentious pap you get with some places. It's has the attention to detail but with well organized operations. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommended

Excellent service, the takeaway pizza is hot and fresh and I had the Buffalo Caprese, also fresh and tasty, I’ve even gone in for a bargain lunchtime pizza, and the chicken strips are juicy fillets. My family’s favourite pizza place. Worth every penny.😋 ,have to be quick getting a photo before it’s all eaten.

Wow absolutely incredible. From quality of food to customer service everything was amazing. I never write review's but this has to be one of the best experiences i've had in Gloucester so couldn’t resist expressing my thoughts. The shop is incredibly designed, it stand’s out on Eastgate street with its strong brand image. Has definitely brought a fresh feel to the street, who knew they were the fastest growing pizza chain in the uk with nearly 100 stores in 5 years. The quality of pizza was fabulous, its far better than all of the high-end pizzeria’s I’ve tasted yet the prices are insane for it’s quality. Staff were very friendly and provided great service. I was back the same day with the whole family for more haha.They have a spacious eat in area with very comfortable seating, incredible space to dine out with numbers. Was speaking to the young owner who is a lovely individual, seems like he’s worked very hard to get the store off the ground. Welcome to Gloucester, wish you the best of luck you deserve it.

Been a customer since the store first opened and let me tell you it’s the best Authentic Italian pizza experience you will ever have, with great prices and very friendly knowledgable staff who will run you through the menu to help you pick what best suits your needs. The pizza is always cooked to perfection and only takes 180 seconds so you don’t have to wait long at all However it’s not only the pizza that is irresistible, the strips and wings and even desserts such as the nutella pizza, milkshakes, cannolis etc they are all amazing, no matter what you order you cannot go wrong with Fireaway Pizza Big shoutout to Harry (the boss) who always makes me feel like family and have an incredible experience each time I visit.

Have to say I am not one for leaving reviews but I couldn't not this time. It has to be said this is one of the best pizzas I have had dough light not chewy or overcooked like some places. And it has a crispy underside not dropping in oil and taste less. I wil Moe be buying pizza from anywhere else. Well done amazing job !!!

By far the best pizza I've ever tasted. Miles ahead of dominos, pizza hut, papa johns, you name it. Ordered multiple pizzas for the whole family, delivery was ridiculously quick, pizza was absolutely delicious - cooked perfectly, not overcooked or undercooked like it normally is elsewhere. Don't know what cheese they use but it was perfect! Halloumi salad and chicken strips to top it all off as well as some delicious milkshakes. I don't normally write reviews but for this one I had to. Hats off to you!

Tried this place for the first time recently. The staff did seem to be a bit flustered in store with different things going wrong but they were polite and attentive despite this. I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza I ordered, it was nicely cooked with a good choice of quality toppings. Cookies were also good and overall not outrageously expensive either (Do not order from Justeat mind as they increase the prices-naughty.) My only issue was that they didn’t give me all the correct dips I ordered and seemed to have substituted one of the flavours, I’d rather be told if they had run out rather than just hoping I wouldn’t notice or complain. It’d be nice to be able to order a larger size pizza as they only seem to be 12 inch ones available, also I’m a big fan of a stuffed crust which wasn’t an option… Would definitely try again though if in the area.

This is what we ordered: 👇👇 Family of Fire 🔥 3 signature pizzas and 1 side £26.99 🍕 12" BBQ Boss: Bbq base, mozzarella, red onions, sweetcorn and chicken. 🍕 12" Meathead: Tomato base, mozzarella, chicken, ham and pepperoni. 🍕 12" Roma: Tomato base, mozzarella, pepperoni and jalapeño. 🍕 12" Burner (£8.99): Tomato base, mozzarella, jalapeño, chilli and peppers. Sides: Crispy Wings with heat extreme flavour, and chilli flakes Also, we can easily say that these were the best spicy chicken wings we have had in a long time! Soft, juicy, evenly seasoned with the right amount of sizzle, crisp that was cooked to perfection! 100% recommended and will definitely visit again.

I love takeaway pizza and I'm used to Fireaway from my hometown. I was delighted when I saw a branch was opening in Gloucester shortly after I moved here, and I've been 3 times already. I love Fireaway because they are lighter than other pizzas and you don't feel dirty the next day. The gentlemen in Gloucester Fireaway are very welcoming and accommodating, and are keen to give you the best experience possible. I look forward to seeing a lot more of them in future and highly recommend their BBQ pizza. :)

My first order in this place went a bit wrong, however, I was contacted by the owner shortly after. He explained what the issue was, and he put things right for me. I understand that things go wrong sometimes and I was impressed with how Harry dealt with it. I went back in today, bubblegum milkshake is amazing. I've tried their meathead pizza and it is one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely go back again and would recommend their pizza 🍕 thank you!

I kept walking past this pizza restaurant when it opened and knew I had to go in! The food was absolutely lovely. We ordered starters, mains and desert and everything was so delicious! The food was all flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We decided to sit in and the decor and vibe is lush. They also offer takeaway or collection too which I think is fab!
