M. E.A little bit disappointed with my visit to the New Dawn Inn.
Had dinner with my brother and sister in law.
First course was OK but the main course was disappointing, pan fried sea bass …
J. C.The restaurant was very busy at 7pm when we arrived. But the welcome was warm. It's obviously very popular and you can see why.
Our meals were delicious and well presented too. They were short staffed due to illness, but the waiters and waitress on duty worked very hard and cheerfully, so the wait was not excessive. Especially pleased to be able to take the dog. There's limited availability for tables where you can sit with dogs, and need to be reserved in advance. Recommended.
S. B.What a wonderful place. Great staff, great food. Went for Sunday lunch and from start to finish all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Sunday menu has a good range remembering it is Sunday lunch so it is restricted but still more than enough choice for everyone. And we had a fussy eater and they still had food to choose on the menu. Nice atmosphere and efficient service. Really pleased with our lunch. Super dessert menu. And great vfm.

T. C.Nice pub restaurant with friendly staff. Not particularly hungry & on diets so just ordered 3 starters between 2 of us. Very good quality & well tasty. Looking at mains, prices seemed a little high for our budget however, everyone is aware now of rising costs of everything &, if quality matches starters, then probably worth it.
Recently decorated in a modern style but not overdone & obviously resisted temptation to go for bland, minimalist look.

M. C.We arrived absolutely soaked after a thunderstorm and the manager was brilliant.Nothing was too much trouble. We managed to dry out most of our clothes uses the driers in the facilities and then enjoyed a lovely meal. I would definitely highly recommend this restaurant.

The service we got was brilliant & the food was absolutely first class.
We enjoyed it that much we are going back this Sunday. We've booked this time though.
