G.Amazing vegan food! Highly recommended if you’re visiting the city and fancy supporting an independent business with great street vegan style food. Great staff! Very friendly! Photo: Gumbo stew & kebab wrap with herby chips.
S. R.We arrived tonight (Saturday evening) and had a really friendly welcome. There was space for us to sit down so we sat while waiting for our order to be prepared. While we waited the two men behind the counter were chatting to us while they were working and really made us feel welcome. The food was great value and was so fresh and tasty, obviously a lot of thought and preparation had gone into the recipes. This made for a really enjoyable evening and will definitely travel into town for this takeaway again!
J. S.Just picked up my first order. I just say, I certainly will be coming back. The moment I walked in I was welcomed and he grabbed my order instantly, food smelt great. Had a vegan burger and got to say is the best I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure!

The chips are by far the best chips I've had from a takeaway, herby and delicious.
Good onion rings, not greasy, not heavy. Just nice light onion rings.
We had the Kebab Wraps, super filling, healthier than other places and vegan to boot! I would have liked to see more rainbow veggies in this and less starchy carbs.
It's apples and oranges, personally I really like pickled slaw, cabbage and tomatoes in a wrap/takeaway.
Also the food came in a compostable carrier bag, reduce waste folks!

The food is on another level. The staff are on another level with info too.
Go there, it cant be missed.

i.Ordered 3 burgers and a wrap for the family, we all shared a bit of everything as we love trying the food from here.
The Root burger (beetroot burger) was amazing so tasty, one of my wife's favs
The tainted which is a beast of a burger was my eldest son's favourite, he will definitely be going back for another one
Baby deck is just the right size for the little ones, my lad usually doesn't finish all his food but his plate was empty, so gotta be something special
Falafel wrap - first time we tried this one and got to say well worth a go, with the mixed salad, onions and the sauce it was quality really enjoyed it.
Can't leave out the Herby chips we always love the chips from here as they are something different that I have not had from anywhere else.
Overall an excellent meal from our favourite takeaway 👍🙌

Could do with coming with a dip for the chips (not sure if they sell them separately)?

W. M.A great little place for anyone vegan. It is 100% vegan. Really friendly and great food. It is mainly a take away with a very small breakfast bar that can just about seat three. Due to the bad weather we ate in. We had the Gumbo, cup of mint tea and a slice of choconut cake. Everything was delicious. A wonderful find for us and will definitely be going back.

J. E.Really good vibe in Sowl Fuud, guys in there are so chilled. Food was amazing, the Sowl Tempeh burger was the best vegan burger I've had. The spicey BBQ sauce was sooo good. If I was local I'd eat here every weekend to try the awesome looking menu. Took an omnivore too and she loved the gumbo.

D. S.Ok so i passed this place a couple of times and never twigged it was vegan until now, I just saw it was Caribbean. So I go in there today just really wanting a snack as I didn't really have time to eat a full meal. However when I got there I got a text saying my meeting was delayed by 30 minutes so I sat down and had a beautiful vegan stew full of good yard food!! Full 100% Ital!! Quinoa where have you been all my life?!! It was soooo good. I am not vegan but often take the vegetarian option or at least the pescatarian option when eating out as it is healthier and I'm so glad I found this place. Will be going again plus trying to introduce quinoa to my own recipes. Sat in there to eat in a wheelchair no problem too, no steps and Rueben was very helpful and knowledgeable chef that has started this little gem of a Caribbean Vegan restaurant/takeaway that you simply have to try, you won't be disappointed

t. m.reallly dont get much better then this place has the best food in whole of the south west. if not the whole of the uk. only takeaway that i can rely on. takes a whole new meaning to healthy 100% vegan takeaway. all recipes are orignal. banging results if any place could get a 6 star review this place should have it.
