Great food! Random road trip brought us down to the quays, starving on arrival. So many places to choose from to eat, it's been a while since I've eaten a Fridays. We were seated straight away, chose quickly from the great menu of all sorts catered for. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was quickly delivered hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. We couldn't decide so ordered lots of things to share like wings, tacos, potato skins and loaded fries. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Went for dinner tonight, food was great and the staff that were working very friendly and doing the best they could in a stressful environment. They seemed short staffed and rushed off their feet. Few points to note, seats were “sticky” to sit on. Slow service, more so because of staff shortage than anything. Was not served peppercorn with one of the steaks as told “it was still defrosting”. Not the best thing to be told. We were there over two hours before getting our mains. The staff were lovely, to mention Kit and Denise in particular that were quick to address our concerns and kindly took drinks and starters off our bill because of the delay. I would kindly encourage that more staff are made available by the company because they’re doing the best they can

Had to wait for a table and then another 20 minutes for the orders to be taken. No draft beers or soft drinks due to the gas delivery being late so had to have bottles. The staff were very pleasant and were working extremely hard and did apologise for the wait. When the food finally arrived it was presented and cooked well. We weren't impressed by the size of the portion of onion rings or the cost ! Overall, our first experience of TGI Fridays was ok but we won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I went to this TGI's about 5 years ago for drinks and it was really busy. I recently went to it again when the restaurants were only allowing outdoor guests. There were about 15 table outside which were all under cover. The menu was accessible via scanning a code on the table. And then we ordered via the waitress. There was a very limited wine menu, 1 red, 1 white and 1 rose. I was happy with the choice of beer. The wings were really good for starter and the blue cheese dip was really good. The main wasnt great. I had a burger and fries which was OK. I would say its just the same as all TGI restaurants, you won't have Hugh hopes but its a decent meal.

Went Monday 24th May for lunch. Service was faultless by the the lady with the awesome tattoo!! Food was soooo good! My Cobb salad was that big I took the rest away and had for my evening meal ... highly recommend. Servers sanitised between diners

To be honest, I have no complaints at all. My experience at Gloucester Quay deserves a 5-Star rating. Very friendly, kind staff. TGIFRIDAYS (Cheltenham mostly) is a family favourite for celebrating and we always have a great time. Thank you!

Visited here with a friend for lunch, the service was pretty efficient, if not slightly sterile no banter or "how are you, today?" etc. We hadn't made a reservation, however after a minute at the hosts stand we were shown to a corner booth. The host explained the social distancing rules and how to view the menu via the QR code on the table. Our server was serving a table near us and told us she'd be with us shortly, less than five minutes later she came over and took our order (both food & beverage) and return shortly afterwards with our drinks. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive, but although edible, I must admit I was disappointed with the food. The burger appeared to be a highly processed, finely ground product in a highly processed brioche style bun and America cheese slice with no lettuce barrier, but a slice of beef tomato and red onion on the base. Fairly bland in taste with no seasoning and a lacklustre presentation style. The coleslaw was a miserly serving, granted it's part of the meal and not a side dish, but I would have expected more that a tea-spoons worth. The house fries (chips) were okay and my friend enjoyed the rosti style fries alternative, though portion controls could be more customer friendly. Overall the service was the highlight of the visit, the food not so much. The staff did nothing wrong so to speak, but there's no real reason to return as other proprietors offer similar products at far better prices (today bill was over £30 for 2 x cheese Burges and 2 x colas) with arguably more warmth and character.

However, we were sat next to the open kitchen, I was slightly concerned that the meat, fish and halloumi were being cooked on the same grill - fairly sure this contradicts food contamination rules and isn't very vegetarian/vegan friendly if you are using the same grill plate for everything?

Friday's is usually good. This time not so good. It took ages to get served. Our server walked by us many times before attending to us. Many staff walked by and we just couldn't get eye contact, and they ignored us when we called to them. The food was good but took such a long time to reach us, and it was very hard to get a drink refill. The place was not busy, and several staff seemed to be enjoying a chat. Very disappointed with this standard of service from the staff, and the place seemed a little shabby.

Disappointed with the available drinks as there was no larger available on tap at all early on a Saturday evening, no bud or peroni and very limited options on cider (all fruit ciders, no apple!). Service at the bar was poor and the attitude from the female staff member was dismissive and rude. Once seated the experience was totally different. Great waiting staff, food was fab and arrived quickly and we were well taken care of. Ladies toilets were unkempt and the sink areas were soaking with papers on the floor and a low level of cleanliness visible. Would definitely recommend the food but overall experience was disappointing.

The food was very nice and the staff were very good, particularly with my children. The food sat on the pass a little too long, the coleslaw became warm, but we were very happy that the children's food came on cold plates. As it was my birthday, I was even given a free piece of cake, sadly, I missed out on being sung to as the bill was slow and I had to take my toddler out (not knowing what was in store). Sorry about the picture of the cake, I managed to drop the box twice.

Food was good but we didn't get to eat until about 9pm as there was a massive wait for food. We were there as part of a stag do. Everyone got there food apart from the stag and he had to wait even longer, the majority of us had finished eating by the time he got his food which wasn't great. They did give him the meal for free to apologise which was good though. The atmosphere here is very lively, loud music and screaming kids that should be in bed. But if you are out for a good time then it's a great little place with good food. Not a place for a quiet meal and a chat.

Great service with a smile. Food was exceptionally good. The vegan burger was amazing. Juicy, flavoursome and a great meat imitation. The bun was nice but the slaw (pickled cabbage I think) was a little overpowering. The BBQ bean nachos were nice, the combination of beans and guacamole worked well. Portion sizes were pretty good with a lot of fries (and I love my fries). Strawberry Fields mocktail was nice and sweet. They do unlimited soft drinks (coke, coke zero, etc ) which is always a good shout. Had to provide track and trace details for all party members.

Exceptional care taken regarding gluten free options.All details explained, food prepared & cooked in a different area of the kitchen. Much appreciated. We will certainly be back.

It was nice to dine in again and tgi's had a positive welcoming atmosphere. The food arrived very quickly indeed and it was good. The staff were lovely and we didn't feel rushed at all although we weren't there that long. The kids meal (burger) was a little plain but kids are fussy so that's just how it is I guess, there were alternatives.

I often come to TGI's and always love it, prices have gone up but that's expected after Covid. Recently, I wanted to book a table for my birthday with some friends but want to eat and then stay for drinks at same table, so online you can book but only for the allotted time, we would then have got moved on so I called and spoke to Kerrie-Anne, she was extremely helpful, she booked me 2 tables back to back from 7pm till 10pm and said that we would not get moved, after this time. She has made it very easy for me to have a good evening without worrying about having to go somewhere else and sorted the booking for me. Amazing customer service, thank you very much!!

I came here on 16/8/20 with my neighbours. It was organised very well. Although it took longer time for our meals to come out, this was understandable with all the measures that have been put in place. I had to send my chicken back because it was a little pink in a couple of places. There was no problem and the staff changed it for a different meal. I had sesame chicken instead, which was fabulous. Thank you to all the staff, you did a great job and our server was lovely. We didn't have to ask for a refill, it just appeared. Looking forward to going back again.

I gave this place 3stars because I am absolutely fed up with this so called trend where you can only get a burger with a brioch bun. I go to a restaurant for a good meal not necessarily for an experience,If you want an experience why not have a choice of burger buns for example I have had burgers with sourdough buns as well as ciabatta buns which to me were a better choice, People should demand a choice or boycott burgers with brioch buns.

I cannot fault our waitress at all, really friendly and did her best for our large table of 14 or so and had to sort out problems caused by other staff members. However we were told to order drinks at the bar as it would be easier to figure out the bill if we paid for drinks separately, however this took 45 minutes just for us to get drinks as the bar was understaffed and the ones who were there were rude and refused to serve some of us. My food was lovely but it was another 45 minute wait for a hot dog which is excessive. Other people’s food on the table was cold. Although we all still had a lovely night food and drinks could’ve been served a lot quicker. Edit: myself and partner have been back a few times since and have had no problems at all and the food was fab. Must’ve been a busy night the first and there was a few of us.

It was a Wednesday so I wasnt expecting the place to be busy. So I asked to see a dairy free menu and a normal menu which they provided and up until then everything was great. After we ordered our food we wasn't expecting a wait much longer than 35 minutes.... the waiter had arrived after 30 minutes to tell my partner that they had put on a sauce she did not want. The food came after 45 minutes from when we ordered, but the real reason for why this has 3 stars.... the food was cooked properly but the combination was just terrible. Now I dont remember the exact stuff they put inside this burger and the sauce but it was just not enjoyable.

First visit to a TGI Fridays and how fab it was. Had pork belly for starter, it was delicious, then had an American classic burger. Unfortunately the burger was cold and the cheery waitress call the manager. He was apologetic, efficient, courteous and kept us informed on what was happening, so professional and a credit to the company. I will definitely be going back.

I have had a number of meals in this T.G.I now and the food has always been really good quality (Hot, fresh and flavour) the staff our good at there job and have always been friendly. The prices are a little on the high side but i am not going to remove any stars as they are a chain and have no control over price setting. If you are going with young kids I would avoid later on in the evening as you to get some "happy" customers sometimes that can be a little on the loud side as the drinks start to flow.

We often come here for lunch as it's fairly quiet around then. Food is what you would expect to find in an American restaurant, the sesame chicken is great. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Download the TGIs app before you go as there may be an offer to redeem and points to collect!

I usually come here with a few friends for a quick drink before heading out to eat. The bartenders are very nice. The selection of drinks is standard with many bottled beers and beers on tap, as well as spirits. Unfortunately this is the only TGI's which as the date of writing this review does not have a tab system, so all payments are required upfront.

Went on 15/8/2019 great atmosphere, loverly staff, first time I’ve been in 20 years, went with my husband and 3 teenage daughters, Ordered this amazing dish which had chargrilled chicken with a savoury rice and vegetables, the best dish I’ve had for along time, chicken burger and chips were also great, The puddings were massive, which caught us by surprise, not complaining, next time we know to share which will keep the cost down, Overall I rate the food and service 10/10 Sab from Leamington spa
