s. g.Overall enjoyed the food except for the American dog which had too much mustard sauce and had overpowered every other taste found it difficult to eat it because of that . The spicy buffalo burger was wonderful though it was small for £10 , it was spicy as advertised and tasted great highly recommended. The shichimi togarashi fries was good and worth the money , tried something different and was worth it.

D. A.Never disappointing. The online booking tool is great and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Staff are always friendly and the food is amazing.
Still hot when we get it home and delicious - the dragon salt on the onion rings is something else. Always enjoy the burgers - the PB&J is awesome - and there always seems to be something different to try. Smoked meat boxes are really filling and the flavours great.
Will keep coming back for more.
S. H.Excellent local BBQ burger joint that serves brilliant smash beef burgers, hot dogs, chicken burgers and wings. Some of the smoked meats are a bit too heavy on the smoke for my partners tastes and some of the special burgers are not always a hit but otherwise Great staff and overall brilliant food.
A. R.Visited one of my friends down in Hardwicke and she suggest the BBQ Society in Gloucester for a takeaway dinner. Well what can I say, cracking little hidden gem!!! We both went for the Pulled Pork Burgers and dragon salt fries and bacon dust fries. They were part of the two burger, two fries and two drinks Tuesday £25 deal. The burgers were delicious, tender and cooked to perfection, the pulled pork is massively good and highly recommended. The skin on chips/fries are great and only made better by either the oriental flavour of dragon salt or the frazal flavour of bacon dust. Definitely treat yourself and support a genuine local business, will definitely be using these guys again!!!!
O. R.Do yourself a favour and order from here. I love burgers, I love takeouts that sell burgers and by far the burgers I’ve had from here are the best I’ve had by a country mile. You will absolutely not be disappointed. Make sure you get the bacon fries too, those are a treat in themselves.
I don’t often leave written reviews for places, so understand that the food is so good that I want to make sure others experience it. They’re so good that when Uber Eats weren’t doing delivery one day, I physically went there myself to collect it, and I’m a tremendously lazy person.

P.Amazing food have been ordering occasionally as a treat, however recently portion sizes suddenly shrunk, order today had literally 1/2 the normal amount of fries for the same price in a box that is also 1/2 the size of the old boxes! The fries areamazing too not just the burgers so it's a huge shame! Food is amazing, but expensive, and now small portions.

L. B.I've had many a burger in my life, moreso over the last few years due to work taking me to various places that offer a multitude of burger related shenanigans.
BBQ Society holds it own against some of the best places I've been in London/America etc. If there is a better burger in Gloucester, I want to know about it so I can make love to it because that's what I'd do the BBQ Society burgers if it wasn't illegal.
