First time eating here and was impressed. Food was really well presented and good value. Good array of dishes too. Service was okay only gripe I had was my partners food came a while after mine.but to be fair to our waiter we were forewarned. Easy way to pay by scanning the place mats Would come again in future and would recommend.

Food was really nice, but had to wait a long time to actually receive our food. I know that they might still be working reduced staff so didn't want to complain as such! I have no complaints on the customer service or the food itself though!

Out of the world experience, loved the food , enjoyed the drink and the atmosphere. I wish there were more stars that I can give specially for the top quality and service provided. Started off with the local drink asahi wow 🤩 really really enjoyed the drink along with the food. The starter squid fry was so fresh and scrumptious. The mains spicy prawn cracker and the chicken ramen was out of the world the broth was so wonderful and prawn cracker gives you the heat punch. To top all of it the service is so wonderful thank all the staff for making the evening wonderful. Highly recommended !! Will visit again.

Nice location, clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly and helpful service. The food was served quickly and was a good temperature. All dishes were very tasty and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Recommended 10/10.

We arrived just after opening at 11:30, received friendly welcome and we were offered a option of menus that catered to various dietary needs before being shown to a clean table. It was great having the option to have a gluten free menu, for people with food allergies and intolerances it's always a challenge to work out what's safe and what's not without. The food really good and the service was great. Will be happy to go back any day.

First time for me and my family in Wagamama. Four of us Vegan and one Vegetarian. The Vegan menu is amazing and the food outstanding. The staff very friendly. The dishes demonstrated how good plant based food can be! The no duck donburi was great, as was the Power juice. Will definitely come again.

I love the food here - really tasty, and consistently good. It’s not fancy, or elegant for an evening out, but hearty and wholesome for an informal meal. It’s good value for money. The staff tend to be friendly and helpful. The food is better hot from a dine in experience than taking it home during lockdown (I don’t recommend cold calamari!). My children enjoy the food, and they have a children’s menu and children’s chopsticks too. I find the booths more comfortable than the backless chairs.

Pretty decent as far as wagamamas goes. I don't understand why I have to pay on my phone, can imagine that's annoying for a lot of people. The staff were pretty friendly and the food was decent, not kuch else to say tbh!
