The staff are friendly and it's nice and clean, but breakfast took ages to come as they had so many online delivery orders to fill. They definitely need more staff!

Had Spanish stack, nothing very spicy about it but did have a great flavour. Very chaotic and busy but still had fresh hot food without a long wait!

Its maccies, you know exactly what you are getting and to be fair, its rare the ice cream machine is down on this one, the drive through at Belmont is a different story though but this one... The only real down side is the crowd if teenagers that hang out by the door but again its maccies those kids (I don't think they are the same kids) are outside every maccies in the world

I have generally always had a good experience at this McDonalds. A consistent figure in my visit to Hereford over the years. The place is always clean and the service is of a quality standard. I would recommend it.

This place is busy. The personnel working here don't seem to mind, though, which is refreshing. So often, the stress of a rush of customers sours the attitudes of staff and permeates the establishment. Despite the packed dining area (upstairs and down) and the line extending to the entry door, the orders were were coming out quickly and correctly. Overall, customers and staff appeared to be having a good time, which was pleasant to witness during the Christmas season.

I got around 30 nuggets in my share box instead of 20. Wouldn't have been an issue if I'd shared it haha.

Service was pretty much instant, the food warm and ready 30 seconds after me ordering. However it should be noted that this was a slow time, so times may vary. The employees were nice enough. There was plenty of seating, however the food can sometimes be a little on the colder side than i'd prefer.

Pretty alright place to get food. The toilets are often dirty though, and sometimes the tables and the floors are a bit dirty too. The staff are always nice and friendly, although there is often a long queue and a wait of over 15 minutes. Overall, this is quite a good McDonald's to visit, but it is definitely not the best one I've visited.

Although there is a lot of pavement work going on outside . Inside is a nice friendly establishment where you can get quick food and non alcoholic drinks that are delicious. Also the staff are very helpful and are always willing to help me get an available table as l am a wheelchair user. The tables when they become vacant are always cleaned up quickly in readiness for another customer. This mcdonalds is always busy lunchtime as it is popular.

Good place to eat for cheap and the staff seem friendly. The only strange thing is for some reason that groups of Chavs seem to love to sit around just outside of McDonald’s For hours cluttering the entrance which I dont understand why anyone would want to Do that they must have no life.

I phoned in advance to check their opening service. The staff member was polite, concise and helpful. Food service is as a standard McDonald's franchise. Takeout was well packaged.

Whenever I go I think that I really want a McDonalds... then I get it and I'm not so keen... It's definitely a good choice for late night last minute or if your travelling. The chicken selects are nice, worth the slightly higher price. I love the bubbly water in the taps... It's the little things in life. The have an awful veggie menu, but the berry blast is nice apparently...

One of the guys and the girls that work there are absolutely fantastic. They remember orders from last time and by the time I'm at the counter my coffee is usually either already ready or being prepped. Great job guys

As good as most MacDonalds so I can't complain. A lot of free setting available but the tickets/recites didn't come out of the self-ordering machines so be prepared to remember your number.

A very typical McDonald's in Hereford. Food, service and seating are all exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's. Only thing to note is that they tend to mix chocolate in with their vanilla milkshakes fairly consistently, but they always replace them when they do.

It's okay but it isn't really McDonald's. If you're an American expat, you'll know what I mean. It just doesn't taste quite the same. Hopefully, that means it isn't as detrimental to one's health. 😉

It's difficult for me to rate a McDonalds higher than 3 starts, just because it is what it is, but as McDonald's go, this onee's pretty nice. The staff have always been friendly, they've got a couple tables with nice padded comfy chairs to sit in and the food has been well prepared (by fast-food standards of course). All in all, if you're looking for a McD's, you could do a lot worse than this one.
