A surprisingly authentic find in Hereford. Perfectly spicy and the Tom Yum soup was delicious. A real shame that they are massively overpricing on an unavoidable essential; rice. Pricing it at £3.90 (I think) is extortionate and really took away from the authenticity of the place, which was quite disappointing. Would be 4 stars otherwise.

Lots of menu choices. Fixed price lunch main course is good value. Food served on warmed plates and service is good. Relaxed atmosphere with nice decor and friendly staff. One of my favourite places to eat.

Had a birthday meal at the Thai Gallery, nice and relaxing. The menu is good and typical of a western Thai restaurant. As and when I’m in the area again, I’d definitely be eating there again.

Food was good, the mrs loves it. Quite pricey for what you get, but not extortionate. Waitress seemed put out that we were there considering there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Her general attitude was that she didn't want to be there and neither should we. We come here a number of times a year, and it saddens me to say that she ruined our experience. The other staff we encountered were very warm and accommodating though so I am thinking it just wasnt her evening. We will go back again shortly of course, and hopefully I can improve my review.

The service and decor was very good. The food was also very nice. It was a little expensive and again the usual frustration of having a restaurant that doesn't serve draught beer. Bottle beer is a lazy alternative and understandable for these pop up restaurants but a well establish restaurant like this with others in its chain should bother itself with such things. That said food was lovely, not the best Thai in the area but worth a visit none the same.

The food quality and taste is good. But there are very few waiters/waitresses around. Although they serve food quite quickly after the placement of our order, they disappear inside the kitchen very often and we have to literally wait for them to reappear before placing another order.

Great food and service BUT the atmosphere was sterile as seated in the back of the restaurant with stark, bright lighting. The front section of the restaurant looks really cosy, a shame they haven't made it all the same.

Thai Gallery is a really good restaurant. On Saturday nights it's always busy so book before you go out. The atmosphere is always good and the food is always great. It's not a cheap place to eat but it's worth every penny you spend.

I've been here lots of times. The food is amazing and the staff very polite. It's not fast food, so there is a bit of wait sometime. However, you know it's all fresh ingredients expertly cooked. the staff are very friendly but will leave you alone to enjoy your meal. If you don't want to wait for superb food go somewhere else. If you like Thai you will no go anywhere else in Hereford. This place is so good it makes me want to be homeless so I can live on the pavement outside the door.

My husband and I had a delicious meal here while staying in Hereford. It was just a shame we waited half an hour after asking for the bill twice. Good job we were in no hurry! Loved the food but not the wait.
