Went in on Good Friday... They were rushed off their feet, stressed, in need of a break I'm sure. Staff were still smiling and very friendly. The fish and chips we had are definitely my favourite in the area now and they have become my first choice for the future.

I've been using this chippy for around 20 years. I sometimes think the only reason my mother comes to see me, is to go to this chippy. I've never had a problem with the staff, always friendly even when busy. The owner is a lovely woman. Best fish and chips in this area. Can't believe the negative reviews, I've never heard anyone say anything bad about this place. Keep it up, ladies!

Food is pretty good can't complain on that side I've been twice and the first time was spot on friendly service and all but the second time the lady who served me didn't even look at me grabbed my food and that was it, she didn't ask if I wanted salt and vinegar which is what makes a chippy and I asked for a tiny bit of gravy because I was eating on the go and she sloshed the tray with it
