R. H.Never in 30 years have I visited a Burger King located on a main road, that had no other customers at lunch time, not one! I think that pretty much speaks for itself. Ford was average for burger King but we were surprised that it wasn't pipe g hot given we were the only customers!
c.Self checkouts didn't have everything available so we had to cancel the order and go to the till, and then the kids meal didn't come in a box or with a toy. Food was ready very quickly though.
J. B.Good food and time but lazy delivery man. Rang me to say he couldn't find my address he wasn't even that far down the road then made me come out to his car to collect the food when he was literally opposite me, despite it being wet and I was in slippers. It wouldn't have killed him to bring the food to me that's what the delivery experience was about. I wish I just said no because I had slippers on and they would have got wet. They didn't take long to dry on the radiator but again he didn't exactly go that extra mile. It wasn't even raining. I got delivery because I didn't wanna leave the flat.

D. H.Just a normal burger king. The staff were friendly and accommodating to alterations to the burgers due to dietary needs. We had to wait while the hot name fresh which we expected and they still apologized for the wait. Brilliant staff, a genuine credit to Burger King

D. S.We needed a takeaway and as we were passing Burger King I decided to get a Double Melt which looked fantastic on the poster but what I received was unappetising. The bread was dry, the 2 burgers were OK but may have been overcooked but the cheese was horrible and nothing like the poster. Instead of cheese laid onto the burger and allowed to hang out, mine was a very thin cheese sauce which was tasteless. That was £2.99 wasted. Normally I have glowing reviews for Burger King but in future I'll stick to a Whopper meal. As a restaurant I give it 5 stars but the Double Melt I give 1 star.
a. v. d. t.It was the first time I had haloumi fries which were tasty. The chips weren't too thin and the Latte was just right. I'd taken my grandson and his friend for driving practice so had perfect company. Good experience!
D. H.Had to call in, despite my diet stopping me. Burgers were nice and the fries much better than other restaurants.
Used to take my Mum inside, as she enjoyed it too. Have used the drive- they & click and collect, so far with no problems.
S. S.What can one say other than it's a Burger King, same food in each restaurant. Friendly staff, good food, only downside was not asked if we wanted any sugar with our coffee and I had to repeat the order 3 times but that is probably my Scottish accent on the fine people of Hull.
I have to rate it 5 as we both prefer Burger King to the other top brand restaurant serving the same food.

Apart from the outdated decoration of the building, burger King are still as tasty as I always remember it to be. EVEN AS A PLANT-BASED...!!!!
Do I want them to quit all Animal products of their menu's???
Absolutely.
But hey, one step at a time, right? BURGER KING however, took three steps forward.
First they created the rebel burger (Not Vegan) as it was grilled on the same griddle as the beef patties.
Then they brought out the Plant-Based Whopper/Double Whopper. Also, Not Vegan coz' as above.
I tried it and it is delicious. Can't tell the difference to the beef ones.
Then they brought out....drum roll....THE VEGAN ROYAL!!! Absolutely gorgeous. Better that the chicken.
It's the only thing I eat now. Just one advice to Burger King. "Add a bit more lettuce, try and make it look like the advertised picture.
McDonald's and KFC.....Shame on you.

U. M.A real let down we usually really enjoy Burger king. However this time the burgers were dry, overcooked and tasteless The staff were pleasant but it will be a while before I go back.
A. W.I had my sisters veggie burger by mistake, and although I couldn't tell the difference taste wise,, gave me terrible wind later on. The burger was awesome though, as is all their food
A. M.Really nice. We had to wait a while, but I don't mind because you know it's fresh. Fries were cooked really well and you salt them yourself which I prefer having young kids. Forgot the cheese on my double whopper but it was still nice... And I had almost finished it before I noticed. Toilets could do with a makeover but the food and the service were spot on

P. W.I can't fault the food but service not too good. Was asked what we wanted to order so we told the staff member, then told him I had a code for a meal deal to be told I should have said that at the start, how was I supposed to know as wasn't told (not a mind reader) wasn't given any straws for our drinks or napkins
S. B.It was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and friendly. It's a little pricy and you dont get a lot of food, however the food is of good quality.
R. A.Service was great! Food Was as good as it normally is. My only issue is when ordering the Chicken Royale meal which is what I normally order be warned that they put a ton of mayonnaise on it. Each time I have been its been overflowing out of the sides which is fine for me but a bit much for some other people and after a while it becomes annoying after youve been quite a few times. The Kids meals are great you get a great variety to choose from which is great if you have a child like me who is a picky eater the food can range from chicken nuggets to fish fingers. Will go again in the future :)

A. W.Ordered 2 vegan whopper meals and 2 vegan royale meals. All was great apart from the chips being a bit hard 😅
P. W.Delicious, what more is there to say. Food was hot and freshly made. Staff very attentive. If I had any issues I just had to let them know and they would do all they could to rectify it.

L. C.Staff very pleasant. My gold Angus supreme was cooked fresh, but it had to go back as I'd requested no onions (intolerant) & the server had called it into the kitchen but they forgot. Glad I checked! Staff apologetic and restaurant was clean and tidy.
T. O. T.Good service from staff. They always try get you any offers that might be on even if the app on my phone not working . . Never seen it busy in here tho. I never use the drive in as I ride a motorcycle and it doesn't bother them me sitting in all my gear ...even if I'm soaked .

Orders not correct and waiting times via drive thru could be improved.
The lady took our order then moved on to sort out order for us, then whilst dealing with our order she was called to take someone else's order.
Someone else took over ours and got it all wrong.
They seemed to be short staffed and doing everybody's job.

O. R.It's owner's are different to the burger king in st Stephens. And the attitude of the staff is very different, but the deals on the app are fantastic and the chicken royale and whopper burger are legendary 👍

Me n the boss stopped for t 2nyt.
We both had the bacon king burger meals and shake along with some onion rings and chilli cheese bites.
The food was de-lish and the service was friendly and efficient in fact could not have been better.
Best visit in a long time.

B.I was visiting Hill with work and stopped by this Burger King as it was local to my next stop, Burger King is not my usual choice however when we arrived we were greeted by a lady who was fab, really friendly funny and accommodating, explained about all the meals and best deals, the food was really nice and filling, if I'm in Hull again I would visit again.

W.Well up to 17 years ago we called in on a regular basis then our place of work closed down and we know longer had reason to be in that area not untill I required a part from B+Q so after purchasing the part we called in burger king the food was delicious and I must admit I didn't recognise any of the faces but a lot can happen in 17 years but one thing for sure the food is just as good

N. B.Might have got 4 stars if there was a bit less salt on the chips..... Staff need to learn how to say 'Please and thank you'. Mediocre meal tbh, but doubt we will visit again.
