S. L.I am familiar with Taiwanese fried chicken since there are a few famous chains around London, where I am from.
As such, I was extremely surprised, albeit pleasantly so, upon seeing that a chain has appeared in Hull.
I don’t imagine many locals in Hull would be interested/adventurous enough to try this place out.
But my oh my. You can be assured this will be easily better than all the other fried chicken shops in town.
Yeah, I knew it was going to be really really delicious and while I’m used to the standard Salt and Pepper Crispy Fried Chicken Escalope, the person at this chain recommended seaweed, plum and garlic - which tasted absolutely divine. Although next time I might add cheese to the mix too.
Every bit as good as you’d get in London and if you have any reservations about trying this place out, and are from the local area, please don’t hesitate to give this place a shot!
