An amazing place above Hull which is definitely hidden gem of a place. The waitress was kind and gave us enough time to look at the menu and order, alas after taking our order advising what wasn't available. Thankfully we hadn't decided on those. The food was delicious and the views were exceptional. Really nice mood, good music and amazing food.

First time visiting yesterday and the cocktails are amazing! Look at these Pina Coladas. It has the best views overlooking Hull too. Would definitely recommend for a night out.

Wow! Such tasty food!! Very fancy food, quirky decor, and quite pricey to reflect that. They were out of stock of half the things on the menu but I'm still giving it 5 stars because it tasted that good. Has a 12th FLOOR ROOFTOP TERRACE. Not halal.

Party of 6 adults seated for 6:30. I arrived early and enjoyed a rum at the bar - staff looked after me well. Teriyaki Salmon (£20) for main and Salted Caramel Cheesecake for desert (£7) - and every bite worth it. Lovely surroundings, attentive staff and the view from the roof top - you would not believe we were in Hull! Lovely. Do book xhx

Lovely place. Food was wonderful and the cocktails were fab. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that the service was too slow. However I'm sure it will be better now the restrictions have been lifted. Thank you to Ali who took our piccies

Very very pricey, but the food was beautiful, lots of big hanging baskets but surprisingly not over the top, just the right amount of lighting and a variety of food and bigger variety of drinks! Lovely staff

We arrived at 5 …. They’d been open all day. Lady greeting was a little vague .,, wonderful situation for aerial view of Hull. Prime position which is its selling point. Waiter sharp and helpful but waitress/receptionist struggled to locate tables which had ordered food (there were only four tables occupied! Very slow service and sincerely hope it improves and advertises - found it by luck ! Keep it up as it’s a great venu

The Food was very good and tasty.The service left a lot to be desired and spoilt what would have been an enjoyable evening.We asked for a bottle of wine and we had finished our meal and it still had not turned up. We even had to ask for cutlery and waited 30 mins before being asked what we would like to drink!

I went a few weeks ago with my 9 year old grandson and the food was absolutely fantastic. We went on about it so much. Myself and hubby and friend went yesterday lunch time. Gosh the food again was truly lovely. Hubby and friend was well impressed. Again marvellous food. The 2 waitresses was so lovely and truly made us so soooo welcome. Food was brilliant, staff are lovely but the waiting around for everything let it down. The staff didn't know who'd ordered what, and I sat looking at my drink on the bar while waiting 10 mins for it. Asked for the bill and the girl said she would be back with it, then 10 minutes later came across again and asked us if we were ok so had to request it again! Food and view were 5* but won't be returning.

It was a Birthday treat from my lovely Granddaughter Lauren. She booked a table for us at 7pm 28th September 2020. So impressed when we walked into this busy little restaurant, such a friendly atmosphere and beautifully created, with lots of chandeliers and decorated trees with little white lights, lovely tables and chairs. We were next to the window and the views were lovely being 12 floors up!! Now..to the food. I have dined in the most high class restaurants but I must congratulate the Chef at the Junkyard, the food was exceptional, presentation, taste, quality is among the best. Lauren was totally in love with her seabass. My food was fantastic..speciality Beefburger with new potatoes and tender stem broccoli. Our Desserts..cheesecakes Baileys for me and Strawberry for Lauren were heaven, we didn't want them to finish. Our waitress was so lovely too, taking photos and helpful, great service. Will we be back.... you bet we will 🙂👏

What can I say but wow! We arrived at 7:30 for our reservation. We expected a delay due to the new government deal. We were shown to the bar and given a drink. Seated within 20 mins due to the amount of people in there. The setting is unreal! Now down to business we had our order taken within 2-3 minutes. Nothing over the top just two burgers. 40 minutes later and it hadn’t arrived. We asked where it was and straight away the waitress couldn’t do enough. There had been a error and our order was overlooked. Without hesitation we were offered a bottle of wine on the hiuse and our drinks that we’d already had were removed from the bill. The order came within 10 minutes of this and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long while! Even beating the three I had in NYC last year!! Absolutely amazing place to eat so much so we rebooked for the weekend!!

Went on Saturday 29th Feb for 3pm. Food tasty, service from the two young members of staff (one male, one female) I could not fault. However, the table that had been assigned for us still had customers on so another table had to quickly be set up. Why didn't our original table have a notice for a 3pm reservation so the customers on that table knew to vacate?. The music, OMG was so loud the five of us had to shout across to each other. Three times we asked if the music could be turned down which the young waitress did oblige. I think the older waitress turned the music up again. It was more like sitting in a bar which made for an uncomfortable experience. I had been before last September at tea time and it was such a lovely quiet ambience. I had to apologise to my other guests as I booked it as I was confident they would have a lovely experience. If I wanted a meal in a noisy place I could have gone to any Wetherspoons. I think our not so good experience was down to one member of staff. I did thank the young waitress for a great service and also the chef for lovely food.

After spending over 30 years working in 5 an 6 star cruise industry ,at last in hull find real chefs that have a real understanding of fusion, talented men that are truly professional in there dishes, my last kitchen brigade was over 250 chefs, and the dishes me and my wife tried were excellent, we will be back soon and worth every penny cheers for the new experience

Only popped in for a quick drink, stayed for two though as great views, good service, friendly staff, very clean and modern. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for something different in Hull.
