A. S.KFC is always awesome food, this particular one was slightly dirtier than most (it was peak time) staff were great just maybe not enough staff. Wait time was slightly above average but still not a problem. However food was awesome as always. Would go back
C. B.Was a very good sit-in & take away, but we dined in & had a lovely rice box which was delicious!😋Staff were very friendly. If you are visiting Hull or are there & need a quick bike to eat, then there's your place!😃😁

Self service ordering machines were slow and the dining area could of done with staff keeping it cleaned a little better.

R.The store itself is a rather pleasant experience in comparison to some KFC stores that I have been to. Occasionally there has been issues with the ordering machines printing the collection receipts out or forgotten packets of sauce or cutlery, but overall is a good KFC.

Some of the ordering machines will refuse to give you receipts and staffs may forget to put cutlery in your order but the food is fresh and very good. Recommended and representing

R.Food ok ,but the delivery driver's seem to have taken over the entrance of the shop and even park there motorcycle in the doorway and bycicals stopping customers entering the premises safely, its a real joke when the management, have given up telling the delivery drivers to conform, as health and safety is certainly an issue here
J. B.Really fresh so fresh it was quite hot to handle but that's not why I deducted 1*. Tables just needed a better wipe down. Won't stop me from going back as and when.

M. G. Y.I do like grabbing a cheeky kfc more often than not, maybe too often. On some days you go in and the staff can be incredibly good and then on others the service is woeful! I've been in the store after it's just opened and even heard staff a young man swearing. The food is usually nice but consistency could be improved.. I've had a terrible meal once from here.. However I would and do keep returning here so they must be doing something right.
N. S.Very fresh tasting food. Good value and good location. Wish though KFC would employ a few more staff to keep the toilets clean, clean tables and empty bins. Bit of effort and 5 stars easy.

H. M.The layout to this place is a little off to me, the till area is so small you're better off using the kiosk. The main toilets are closed off as well so you can only use the disabled/changing room one. Sadly I was missing something off my order when I went as well.
L. H.I thought I make the most of the dine out scheme as today is the last day but to be honest I think KFC should keep the prices at these levels forever as with quality and taste I prefer to go to single fried chicken shops
L. D.Chicken was great but the chips were soggy. The food was on the service table nearly 10mins before they put the drinks on tray and called no. I was stood at front so asked them to change the food as would be cold. Took drinks to table then collected the food again and by the time I sat down the drinks where cold. I'm afraid I won't be going in there for a while and it's a shame as the chicken was nice.

Have and issue with any of the burgers though, can taste very stale at times and has put me off eating them for life !. That’s why there’s a star missing otherwise would have definitely been a five star 🌟. Nice to have a kfc so near though as well 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍🤣🤣
I. P.The staff were helpful and knew their job. The food was the normal expected, my visit was during Easter holiday and it was really busy but still managed to get a seat. Only downside was the fact the toilets were leaking a bit and pooling on the floor, not the best for a restaurant.
B. B.The staff take ages to get to the till, it took half an hour to get a streetwise lunchbox to me, and they forgot my friend's sauce, making him pay extra for nothing. But other than that the chicken is georgeus and for the price it is worth it. Also staff look overworked and unhappy

D. S.What can I say but it's finger licking good. The only thing I don't like are the new french fries. They just don't taste fight. But after having to walk past the vegan protestors to get to kfc in my eyes this makes the chicken taste even better.

C. T.Called in last night (22/7/17) on our way back from the Speedway Grand Prix at Cardiff.
We can sometimes struggle to get some good food on the way back as most service station based outlets close at 10 but this place is open until 11.
Friendly staff , clean restaurant and freshly cooked food. We did have a 10 minute wait for our food but with an hour to closing time I wouldn't expect them to have too much ready.
Thanks to all the staff , especially our server Istvan.

N. A.A new branch in Hull City centre, this has now settle down to provide an excellent level of service after 1 or 2 teething problems. Great affordable chicken just the way I like it.
P. S.I really like that's it's a new store and has a really fresh feel. The reason for giving it one star is that I find the KFC on Kingswood gives you chips with everything yet you have to pay extra here if you want them.
