Z. X.Food is good but sometimes hot and cold, inconsistent, staff ignored us when we went back to ask for something and the toilets are a bit iffy, cut a finger on the seat. Decent enough
A. B.Few and far between I grab fast food theses days but don't mind a cheeky KFC treat now and then only reason iv give it it 4 out of 5 rather then 5 is because you can been waiting for ages some times even when the place is empty

M. C.We were serve by (hopefully), was a new person, he took ten minutes too take the order , a 6 piece bargain bucket £16:99, they then would not knock off 10% for a defence discount card. Tried to charge £20:98.

T. C.It was our first time to a KFC for a while, disappointingly they still don't have any hot drinks available. There were loads of staff behind the counter, but lots of the tables were dirty and needed a good wipe down, several were smeared with fat and stains, we moved tables twice to find a 'clean' one. The food was warm but because the burgers are now wrapped rather than boxed it meant they were squashed flat, sweaty and not particularly appetising. We will not be returning in a hurry.

Bought a bargain bucket for one, small chips, two wings, two chicken strips and two bits of chicken and a drink.
It all looked and tasted like it had been left under the heat lamp for an hour, dry and crispy.
For the money it was OK, it filled me up.
I've had better from here and different branches.
J. H.Drive thru is always quick, food is usually fresh and staff are cheerful. Would say dips are a but hit and miss. We used to get dipping feast but a few times we didn't get the sauces so we changed our order.
But good other than that

I ordered off UberEats and I rung up to ask if the chicken in my meal could be 3 drumsticks and the sweetest lady on the phone took my silly request and was so lovely ahah and yeh I got my 3 drumsticks 🥺🥺 IF THE MANAGER IS READING THIS.. SHE WORKED 24th JUNE AND WAS IN AT AROUND NOON!! THANKSSS

Probably down to cheaper furniture and lack of maintenance
Hopefully this will be resolved after the refurbishment
Take a note from McD and get staff out regularly to welcome customers and clean regularly
G. A.I purchased a trilogy box meal, very small fries, very small, and cold, chicken fillet was dodgy. The ordering machines were out of order, and still had no signs on them when we left, the staff knew about this. The bins were so full, rubbish was stacked on top of them. Apart from that it was lovely, oh and I got an extra sachet of salt,, bonus.

S.Some staff were a bit slow, my son asked about a milk shake if it was included in the meal deal she said yes but when my son went to pay he was charged an extra 1 pound I no its not a lot but like my son said if a young person went and ask for the same meal deal as us he might only have 25 pounds and then he or she gets charged an extra amount it's confusing x it should be sorted 😉 x

c.We had a 6 piece bucket. The chicken was fine but the fries were more like chips, I was disappointed that they were not crispy fries, my wife thought they were ok. The the 4 members of staff I had contact with were friendly and cheerful.

G. G.Enjoyed my food except the new fries. I really enjoyed the fries before they changed them but the new fries aren't as good, please bring back the thinner fries they were best. The new fries are like Burger King's which a reason I don't go there much. Don't be like Burger King go back to thinner fries.

However there was a large gentleman with a full face of hair not wearing his face net to protect hair going into the food instead he had it just place around his neck I found this disturbing he also kept staring at us which made us feel uncomfortable.
S. G.this is by far the best kfc in hull. good parking facilities with wheelchair access. drive through is always very efficient. we always eat inside the restaurant is always clean and the service is second to none. I rate this branch better than any other.

And I have never know a staff member acknowledge a customer. In the queue like Sarah does
She is so polite and friendly. I have used a lot of KFC restaurants but I have to say kingswood is the best one if I am feeling a bit down because Sarah is so,friendly and polite. She makes me feel like there is anotherno other reason to be sad
She always acknowledges everybody who come to the counter
She is so pleasant. All I can say is go and look she is a star player in your company so different to the young ones.
So KFC make you feel like you are a very pleasent customer as long as there are people like Sarah to serve

J. P.It's KFC what can I say. Food not always warm and it can be busy at times as Cineworld and the 10 pin bowling are close by. Was recently refurbished. Staff are very young and at times not helpful.

G.Had a drive through visit here and one of the fryers was broken so had to wait 30 mins for food to come which was lovely well worth the wait so for the delay we got extra food and 20% off our bill and the staff was very appolagetic so well worth another visit

W.I went to KFC today with my mum and two friends from college after an exam, and the food ended up being OK, but there was no chicken drumsticks or forks, instead I got a chicken tenderloin which I ended up feeding it to my dog at home, as I don't like them due to the coating being bland, even worse the air conditioner was leaking but one of the members of staff managed to sort the problem after my mum informed them, overall the visit wasn't too bad but I would advise the employees to be more organised, especially ordering more chicken drumsticks and forks.
