Only a four star because Sometimes when I go they have ran out of beans, but the food is always hot and tasty. Staff are friendly enough, and the atmosphere is always great as I go through the drive through with good music 🎶.

Drive through order 12th Aug £41.14 Food was nice although they charged me for a drink I ordered as part of a large box meal order but didn't provide along with missing multiple sauce dips again charged but not delivered. Didn't have time to inspect the bag at the time.

Went in today for a quick bite on the way home from the rugby. The food overall was of good quality. The women serving was very friendly however, was alone serving could have done with another member of staff that being said the food arrived pretty quick. Will be sure to visit again on my next visit.

The food itself was good but the lack of cleaning is alarming. People were using the self-service screens and the screens were not cleaned at any point while we were there. That was on Saturday. We went on Sunday and there were no other customers inside. Despite this many of the tables were littered with rubbish and the remains of people's meals.

Love this KFC, tastes like it should (Could teach the Mount Pleaseant branch a thing or two.) Quick and hot , ate in. Only issue- no ice given with bottle of cola, so not that cold. Loved it otherwise

Had a lunch with my mother and auntie here. The food was as it usually is in KFC, but I must say the staff were the loveliest I've ever come across in a KFC. One in particular was going over and above to make sure everyone was comfortable etc/had everything they needed. She was great.

Overall, a good experience. Chips were still hot, but a bit soggy and could have been more crispier, the chicken fillets were nicely cooked but the coating could have done with a few more minutes as I like a crispy coating, I've had to knock a star off as the chicken drumstick was missing from the Boneless Banquet meal but it's common for staff to miss things off an order, but overall it was a vast improvement from last time.

Decent KFC, orders are usually correct and done quickly even though it is usually quite busy. Most staff are lovely but it's spoiled by the few who are very snappy when speaking to you and glare at you like you've killed their first born.

Always find that the staff once they've taken you're order the customer service ends. They often chat to each other and don't look at you as a customer but as someone they're trying to dispatch and get rid of. The presentation of food can go from good to average, and the chicken often (I hate to say as I've tried other KFCs) smells funny. I often go for burger and hot wings, as it's just something up with the chicken. Wish I knew what.

The chicken is as expected and satisfied the fried chicken craving we all get. But the overall experience is poor. There is never a full permanent menu to read and the random electric one flashes off to advertise nonsense when your trying to read it. The service has become the slowest of all fast food restaurants due to lack of front of house staff.

Meh. This particular store has friendly staff and good service - the staff really lifted the score for this place. I haven't eaten KFC for years until now. I expect that it'll be years before I visit another one. I guess if you're going here you know what to expect: chicken, threatened with flavour and devoid of nourishment.

I had a wicked zinger burger. It starts off succulent and seductive then the wicked spicy kick hits and it's just the right amount of spice. The chips were hot and crisp. I had gravy on the side and oh, the gravy was lovely and thick. Thick enough for my chips to stand up in it, perfect.

Confused as to the less than positive reviews, eat here quite literally every day on my dinner break (somehow still maintaining a relatively healthy lifestyle) - Food is great, Best KFC I have ever been to, Staff are great, 60 minutes parking is ample. Very clean. Highly recommend this place.

We went in on our way home, we were the only people in there at the time of placing our order, it took a while for the food to arrive, the chips were cold, a sauce was missing, when I asked the girl serving she did not read my order correctly and only gave us small chips when it should of been a large portion, by the time I got the replacement chips n sauce the rest of our food was virtually cold and we then realised that a side of rice was missing. The advert for kfc says purveyors of the world's finest chicken, a million miles away from this even the zinger meal we had, had no zing and was barely hot Over all poor service, poor temperature control, which leads to poor food, almost forgot the Malteser shake thing which was awful, while I'm pointing out bad things the seating with the plastic divides is terrible, someone else sits in the seat behind you get battered about by the seat or the screen moving

As with all franchise restaurants this one is clean with the level of service one would expect. Warning that don't own the car park so you will be charged if you stay over an hour. You need to pop next door in to costers and register your vehicle.

Staff friendly but food poor. Got mini fillet meal for my 6 yr old great Nephew and I wouldn't describe it as a fillet, was more like a scrap of left over batter, not filling at all.

Compared to the Beverley Road KFC, this one is relatively civilised. You're probably a lot less likely to witness a mugging outside, there's less chance of a fight breaking out between two rival school gangs and you probably won't be hassled for your change by someone on crack cocaine.
