Took a while waiting for the food.

M. K.Not always had a great experience at the mount pleasant KFC but today we had great customer service service from Kiera. She was lovely with my boy, he asked for a different thing on the menu (popcorn chicken chips and a chicken filet together) this was no trouble for her and even put it together herself. He was really happy and was made to feel listen too. So the 5 stars is for her.
P. F.Had a great visit to KFC Mount pleasant Hull, was greeted by Tina who welcomed us and explained she was just cleaning the tables and would not be long, everywhere was super clean and felt very covid safe.
Tina couldn’t do enough for us through the visit. I had a 7week old baby, she offered me a bottle warmer , then when she noticed I was settling the baby she offered to keep my food warm. I explained my Mum was eating first and I’d order mine once she had finished and we would swap. When I did order my food, Tina saw me waiting and told me to go and sit and down and she would fetch my food across. Throughout the visit she constantly checked it we had everything we needed and if everything was ok. I heard her doing this with other tables and never stopped ensuring everyone was ok, thank you Tina for making it a great visit
N.Boneless Mini fillet box £5.99 pound less for bone out both times were spot on though cant remember if counted ten fillets both times or just 9 before then put 5* as wasnt sure and could have been me. 😵💫😀

A. M.In terms of KFC, I suppose it's one of the better ones. They still seem to struggle getting the chips right, but I think that's a KFC thing in general. Always soggy and limp. The chicken at this branch is much better than others locally though... Very nicely done. I like going at busy times because you tend to get fresher food which kind of makes up for the wait.

3.Food is fantastic. Very clean and working very well for hygiene in regards to covid. Staff were very pleasant and even helped me take my order to my car. Toilets are available to the public and very clean

M. T.From 1 star to 5 star. The past 3 visits have really been good. They seem to have completely changed how they prepare the food and it's so much nicer now. Not sure if they have a new manager but great job now.

A. W.KFC is going downhill. The chicken was stringy and the fries were soggy and greasy. And to cap it all, there was no salt available.
F. T.If you want to go out with friends or date, no better place to take them if they like fast food and chicken. It's just amazing! The prices compared to other olaces might be a bit higher but you definitely eat what you pay for. And if you like it i recommended you to download the Kfc app to get some more discounts of the restaurant deals.

A. B.Is it me or are KFC getting stingier with portion size. 10 piece bargain bucket with chips. Asked for sauces, staff says this bucket doesn't come with sauces, not sides, sauces like ketchup. Got home, nearly all10 pieces were wing bone section, very little meat. May start using independents.

And then my number was called only for the staff member to say ' I just wanted to check if you were still here?'.
Yeh because I always pay for my food and leave without it.
