Went in to mc Donald not a lot on offer my food was not hot chicken salect was OK but chips they insist on pre cooking and leaving on side of fryer .should not be allowed to doit .not a happy customer

I ordered a lot of items and they missed 2 items, got 2 items wrong and forgot sauces and pickles completely when i requested extra, i had arguments from the kids after there food was completely forgotten by macdonalds staff, and we spent nearly £40 on this trip to find main things missing and things wrong

The amount of times I have been through the drive through the chips are freezing as they obviously have them on the hot plate which clearly doesn't do any good. Also it is the slowest at getting served so I avoid if I can. All the others are far better.

This place is a nightmare to get out of in the daytime, due to traffic on Holderness rd. It's so so from a cleanliness point of view. Staff are somewhere between 'I need to go home, oh you really need 6 burgers and pom pom girl friendly.'

The restaurant inside is a little small but clean, tidy and well maintained. The drive thru however is a complete nightmare and needs to be closed!. Everyday cars que around the car park making it difficult for other users to park and use the other shops on the retail park. Once you eventually get to the start of the drive thru you have to swing out to the opposite side of the road and hard lock just to get in to the start of the que. During busy times they should have people outside taking orders to speed up the service because it is so slow.

Just used the drive through, very tight if you have a large vehicle. Ordered a double quarter pounder! Why don't they call it a half pounder? Was mediocre at best burger over done probably sitting on shelf for 9 minutes 58 seconds hardly any onion or pickle, the bun was disintegrating as I ate it, and to top it all no napkins.

Some people will and some people won't serve you at mcdonalds. Driving a truck is impossible to use the drive thru and often so is parking. If you can get close and need a coffee to perk you up or something to eat at 4 am and you get refused because you don't have a car. I didn't realise it was driving the car though that made them money. I thought it was actually money that paid there bills. So well done to these guys for actually serving someone who was working while others slept to deliver food to their local supermarket. As for the other mcdonalds that don't hmm well 🤔😕👉👌🖕🧠💨

Usually McDonald's although this is the one time I didn't get a receipt in my bag that I need to claim the meal back and the bag was really badly packed and fell over when I put it down on my seat and the fries just fell out everywhere. I wouldn't mind if there was a lot of people waiting to be served but there wasn't and the restaurant was empty. Just bad really. Usual standard of food, although this was colder than normal.

Went into drive thru during "Eat Out to Take Out" Government scheme, just to find out that the drive thru orders were exempt from this deal. McDonald's expected us to queue up and order inside for the deal! In my opinion, we were helping this pandemic by not entering this fast food chain, which was already full of people who had no consideration to social distancing! Food was alright for the original price.

To be honest I don't like McDonald's just popped in to use there toilets. My grandkids love McDonald's got kid's menu and they get a toy with the meal. It's reasonable priced clean staff are friendly and polite.

Second I entered the restaurant, the staff noticed I was in my wheelchair. They asked if we were dining inside replied with a yes! THEY got me the closest table showed me on how to choose menu. The milkshakes were unavailable same with raspberry latte. So had a million latte middle son had a caramel latte, and my youngest son he enjoyed a sprite zero!! Ordered a happy meal for my likkle fella. And me and my middle man enjoyed a quarter cheese pounder. Including a Mars Mcflurry as an extra treat. Only problem was that they didn't accept the vouchers, a staff member did explain if you keep your receipts go online to there website type the receipt number in than you answer few questions, you'll receive the opportunity for use of vouchers!!! Staff where EXCELLENT they're POLITE and also very UNDERSTANDING. Just would like 2say a personal thankyou for helping myself and my bains in having a comfortable funny meal. My youngest lad played on the tablets whilst enjoying his happy meal! We would like to say THANK YOU DEARLY FOR MAKING OUR VISIT A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE WITH LOTS OF SMILES AND GIGGLES XX

Not quick with service. Easy to get run over going too and from, due to traffic flow and slow drive and park(through) as all McDonald's now. Always get kids chicken dippers and always have to remind them for the dip. They have the annoying tablets so kids don't eat and just sit playing them if lucky to get one. Otherwise don't eat and cry instead. They are not the greatest idea. Toilets where you have to stand on it to close the door. Generally kept clean and helpfull staff doo try and help you with the weird bins were you can only recycle the lids and straws but the land fill bin is bursting at the seems.

McDonald's Bridlington. Be prepared to be asked to park somewhere in the shoppers car park where you will be waiting for up to ten minutes for your order. Your order is likely to have key components missing and you definitely will not be offered any condiments, sugar, drinks stirring sticks or serviettes at the point of service nor when your bedraggled waiting staff finally find you in the crowded car park. This will happen in peak times and quiet times alike. The staff can also be very rude and are likely to be wearing filthy uniforms that look as if they have been slept in. I also observed a portly young lady building a burger in the kitchen whilst picking her ears. Won't be back there any time soon🤤

Well, it's McDonald's isn't it? Reliable, good value fast food and drinks. Recently refurbished (as of June '12) it's a decent place to get your fries on. Lunchtimes are always packed with chavs, no-necks and preteen mothers getting dinner for the bairns. Avoid the rush hours and you'll be fine! For all the negatives about McDonald's their breakfast menu is excellent, and the lattes are fine for the price. I recommend a double sausage and egg McMuffin, hash brown and coffee. Also experience the McGangbang by inserting a Mayo Chicken between a Double Cheeseburger!
