Went on a Friday lunchtime. The food was bang on and the service was excellent. Cannot fault these at all. However, the restaurant itself was so dirty. The glass on the panels, the floor, tables, tables legs etc were so dirty and grimy. Needs a thoroughly good clean. How can management not see this?

Possibly the best Nandos I've been to. Very clean, hygienic toilets with hand sanitiser dispensed using a pedal upon exit. Happy and hospitable staff. Ewa (the manager at the time of my visit) was very thorough when it came to my order containing multiple allergies, making sure all staff dealing with my order were aware and double checked my order for allergens. Took the extra precaution to separate my food from the others in the boneless sharer. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely meal here with my family. Lovely food at reasonable prices. Staff sat us down observing distancing and restrictions on at present. Food quickly arrived and was lovely and hot. Non spicy for me as i have sensitive pallet and like bland stuff but family love all the hot stuff. Food was tasty and moist. Bottomless drinks and bottomless ice cream are a must... yummy. X Toilets clean and well kept and checked regularly . Loads of parking on a timed basis so dont spend hours gabbing or a meal here then cinema or you may get caught out . X

Lovely warm welcome and we could choose where we wanted to sit. Ordered food from table via the app and we was eating within 10 minutes drinks arrived a few minutes after ordering. Food was hot and delicious. Huge portion sizes was well worth it. We left and they was very greatful showing us out and wishing us a nice day. Will definitely be eating there again 😊

The food and service was good, I've given it a 3 because the coffee machine was out of order and not a good choice of cold drink unless you wanted fizzy and not everyone does. It's a good job I like iced tea but my friend doesn't. We will go back as it's next to the cinema, let's hope they are stock better when we are less likely to be shut down because of covid.

First time I have been to Nando’s in well over a decade. I returned with my partner and daughter and we had a good experience. Online ordering and payment at the table was easy and straight forward. The food was nice. Restaurant was spacious and bathroom facilities clean and tidy with a Dyson hand drier.

We visited on Bank Holiday Monday. There was a 25 minute wait after checking in on the app and we got a message when our table was ready. We were welcomed by friendly staff and seated at a table with good distance from others. As I am gluten intolerant our order was taken by the manager who oversaw my order to ensure it was safe. My request for a chicken breast wrap 'without the wrap' was delivered along with the rest of our food in good time and the staff were helpful throughout. All food was delicious and we would definitely visit here again

Visited on a whim, got a table but my 18 month old was too tired to wake up. Asked for a take away instead, from one of the staff. Unfortunately there was a mix up with this information. Took my grandson here for a birthday treat, as he likes it so much. Didn't have to book, taken straight to table, think the timing was just right, as later there was a queue. Ordering was via an app on the table, went thru all that, only our postcode came up as incorrect, which it wasn't. Tried a few times before bringing it to attention of staff, whereby they took the order personally. Food arrived pretty quickly and was as good as ever. Enjoyed by all. Good menu, good value. Would definitely go again. Only points that were negative was the failure of the app, and noted that staff were not always sanitising their hands between handling bottles, glasses etc, when moving from one table to another.

Wanted a table for 7 which with no booking thought might be a problem but was told 30 min wait but table was available before the 30 mins. Service was great and food was Nandos usual. Only criticism was that may pitta had coleslaw but was just in a heap at the bottom of the pitta.

Haven't had a Nandos for ages, since before lock down so this was a really lovely treat, chicken was succulent and tasty, spicy rice was lush.

Been to a few Nandos restaurants round the country, this one is by far my favourite. Staff are brilliant and friendly, always very helpful. The food is always hot and flavorful, even at busy times, unlike some other restaurants we've been to. Keep it up :) Had the boneless platter. Pretty reasonably priced. Chips were hot and well cooked and the garlic bread was nice and soft.

Large seating area, service within half an hour of ordering and really helpful waiters. Everything is at your own speed-no pressure or rushing which is a definite bonus. Plenty of options and everything is available at the counter or at the drinks station. Everything is affordable and at a good price. Cosy atmosphere. Overall a great experience - food and all.

Lovely helpfully staff. One problem wish they did chicken without chilli otherwise food was nice. The waiter gave my granddaughter a colouring pack which kept her entertained. The lad who served us was really helpful and pleasant, advised me what I couldn't eat as I have allergies. Very knowledgeable on the food.

Lovely clean open restaurant. Good, fast food, can even manage a decent vegetarian meal, vegan a bit more difficult but not impossible. Staff always polite and cheery. The wine leaves a lot to be desired, tried two whites, on two occasions and both tasted harsh and chemically.

One of the nicest Nando’s I’ve been in! Lovely and spacious with lots of room! So lovely and bright with the glass front and a little outside area which would be great on a summers evening. Food was of usual Nando’s quality - nothing better nothing worse. All round a good meal and nice service.

It was busy so there was a bit of a wait for our order but once it arrived everything was good. All of the dressings had to be sampled... tread carefully, some will blow your socks off. Particularly liked the endless soda fountain, a winner, more places should do that instead of screwing their customers for what should be the cheapest item on the menu.

You know, I've eaten at a few different Nando's restaurants but the one down at Kingswood really is the best! The food is consistently awesome, the staff are always super nice and helpful, its always clean, those guys run that place like a finely tuned machine!! We go out of our way to go there, and there's actually another Nando's closer to where we live. Highly recommended, get there now if you love chicken!!!

My best advice is book your table if you are not doing a pick up. They are pretty quick in turning around your orders so it's always worth your wait. And remember, the location and the atmosphere made it popular. I found the staffs freindly enough for my liking Details (in case it helps someone) I've been to Nandos Kingswood couple of times to pick up an order in the past. I habe to say I was alright with it. That was then. This time I went in on a Friday evening and the location of the new restaurant, I have to confess, was a good one for business of its kind. For me as a customer, There was a queue waiting for tables. I was impressed at how the customer assistance at the door explained in details the waiting time for table and the waiting time for food. More impressive is that the table and the food came earlier than expected. The food was not disappointing too. The atmosphere: I love it and it feels like a different Nandos , compared to other ones I have been.

I've had the pleasure of eating at many, many nandos and most folk on hearing the bane know what to expect.. The food is always lovely and if their is ever anything wrong, they'll always fix it happily. It seems like it must he a pleasant place to work as this seems projected in the staffs demeanour. More often than not extremely happy and friendly. The decor at this one isn't as lovely as the other nandos in the same city, situated within St stephens, that decor is spot on.. Incredibly cosy in comparison.. Lovely meal, friendly staff.. Zero issues.. I'd prefer to give it 4.5 than five but I can't mark like that on here.. So, I'll be generous and go with five rather than 4, its closer to that score for sure.. Nandos very rarely let's you down and if they do they tend to make it right in the end.. Very few places understand that..
