S. F.Ok despite halloumi being off the menu due to a delivery issue I'm still going 5 stars. I'm currently on crutches and struggling to walk and my partner is in a wheelchair, the staff were awesome. They couldn't do enough to make sure we were ok, fetched multiple drinks, grabbed the sauces and did everything for us with a smile. Honestly can say they were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

T. V.First time in since reopening! And not disappointed great service usual standard of food no complaints! One issue slight had a gift card which were told we could use then told we couldn't use??? Not the end of the world but....

N. B.Was extremely busy and felt the tables were too close together but other than that, the food was spot on and reasonably priced
L. “. L. T.We sat in a booth but along the backs of the booth's look like they haven't had a good clean in month's. Barely any staff on we were sat for ages with empty plates and staff just walking past us not bothering to ask if we wanted any desserts. We had chicken wings left over on a plate what we wanted to take away we had to ask for a box at the counter and put these in ourselves then again ask for a bag. Customer service really not good that night. Usually better in this one than the other one in Hull. Staff wandering around not knowing what they are doing also. No salt anywhere to be seen not asked If we wanted any neither. Bit of a rubbish visit really Nandos 😕 food was medioca too!!

S. T.Great food, which was served to me very quickly (in under five minutes). The staff were also really helpful, frequently asking if everything was okay and if I needed anything else.
Additionally, they were really patient with me when I was making my order (I have severe social anxiety, which makes basic social interactions painfully difficult). To summarise, I would definitely recommend.

L. D.Always great service here. Seated almost instantly and our order was delivered quickly even though it was pretty busy inside, which is typical for a Saturday though. One order was missing some halloumi but we brought it up with one of the passing servers and within 30 seconds it was at our table. Food was lovely as usual, always leaves me craving another Nandos 😊 Every time I visit the staff are always super friendly, helpful and hardworking. Even once had them offer to call when a table became free for us during a very busy weekend so that we could pop down and do some shopping! Never had a bad experience here & would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a decently priced delicious meal whilst they're out and about.
J. H.Nandos what can I say you have outdone yourselves! I ordered the butterfly burger with lemon and herb spice, and it was out of this world. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and answered the questions I had. They acquired all my needs and then some. The idea of bottomless drinks is great, and it's all affordable and at a reasonable price.

T. C.Went on Saturday 15 June with my sisters. Before being seated we were told there was await of 40 mins but were welcome to have drinks. We ordered and food came within 20 mins. The staff were so friendly and chatted to Assistant Manager Steve who gave us the history of Nando’s. we had a most enjoyable time and ended up staying for two hours. Fab afternoon and the food was great. Thank you
H. S.I found this place to be nice and the food was good. I once had an issue with my order not done when I came to collect it. However, the manager was extremely sorry and offered me a refund with another order free of charge. She went to great lengths to ensure that my next order was on time. Excellent customer service!

S.Loved it the first visit to the hull branch, I've been to others and this was by far the best for service cleanliness and food, we where welcomed with a smile from our host and seated quickly we order and told there would be a wait for what we had ordered but that wait went very quickly as the atmosphere there is great the food came and the portions where huge for the money we had paid for our meal and it was piping hot, food cooked perfectly. For my partner who was a first timer at nandos he loved it very surprising as he's a steak guy will be returning here again and would highly recommend

J.Best Nandos ever. Only had 40 minutes b4 train going so we asked if we had time to eat and a staff member said there might not be, but they could always wrap it for us to take away. We decided to try and ordered. All of a sudden a piping hot superb meal arrived after not very long at all and we enjoyed Butterfly chicken, Great chips and Macho peas in generous portions delivered to the table by the lovely bloke who told us exactly how long things might have taken. He was so nice. It was the best service of all the Nandos I ve ever been to. Sadly I live near York. I ll definitely come here again and I d recommend it to anybody. Everyone said goodbye when we left and loads asked us if we were OK while we were there even tho they were very busy. Hull is full of lovely friendly people and Nandos has got them in spades. Big thankyou to the 'near the station at Hull' , Nandos. Yaay. 😁
S. B.The food is amazing with different levels of spices. The food is mostly chicken. The staff are great and they are always cheerful. They are very helpful always asking if your food is ok and offering to place extra orders through while your eating. It's a must!
C. P.It's a mecca for those who love chillies, I'm not one of those. Go endless for drinks. Price £40 for 2 , main ,sweet and drink. Excessive especially for chicken. Otherwise enjoyable.

M. T.Menu choice was disappointing. Chose vegetarian option which was nice. Not keen on the self-service but staff were very nice. Wooden seats also need a cushion as they were uncomfortable.

E. S.Now let me tell you, this nandos is the best nandos I've ever eaten at in my entire life. I've only ever eaten at 1 nandos restaurant but that's besides the point. When they say spicy, they mean SPICY. I could not be more satisfied with the delectable goods they serve or the customer service I received. The food came really fast, probably as fast as the chicken ran before it was brutally murdered amarite haha. I definitely would recommend, and also I met my boyfriend there, and what a spicy guy he is. Love you nandos xoxo
