S. G.Fantastic staff and service, catered for GF and the kids menu was £6.95 for three courses and the pizza was very generous. All of our meals was really tasty, the pasta dish needed a lot more sauce as my mum started adding mayonnaise but all in all we will definitely go back.
T. R.Visited with friends for an evening get together. Swift and friendly service. Ordering in stages as our decision-making skills permitted. The cocktails are well worth a try and all of the food is delicious. The lasagne is a particular favourite.
S. F.My husband and I came in on the 7/6/22 .We had received a smartbox 3 course meal for 2 by our son and daughter in law 2 years ago. Unfortunately with covid and my illness the voucher had expired.. My husband rang up and spoke to the manager who was very obliging. She said to still come in and they would honour it.We did and throughly enjoy the food...The pasta and pizza are amazing..We were so full we brought our dessert honeycombe cheesecake home with us...We would like to say a big thank you to you all...and of course we will be back.
I.Food was good, but service wasn't quick. Despite the fact that it wasn't busy at all, I be been waiting with willing to pay for over 20 minutes. I thought to get up myself and pay in the bar...
Beside that staff was welcoming.
J. T.Nice place and good looking atmosphere inside. Food in my opinion was just okay. I asked my work colleague how is your food, he said surprisingly just okay. Service was not great but only 2 people working inside so may have been an off night. Prices seemed okay maybe just slightly higher compared to a previous place I visited for dinner in the same area.

S. T.Very good ambiance, freindly staff. I ordered grilled chicken, mushrooms and spinach with fries. The chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Admittedly I did not complain. I'm sure they would have replaced it. But I didn't want to upset my wife and son. But at £14.50 I expect it done right first time. Apart from that it was OK. Worth a visit. You may have a better experience.

L. F.Food was really lovely and service was great especially on a busy Friday night! We both had pizzas and they were pretty good. The wine was really lovely but the side salad seemed a little bit sad. Could have been better. Overall, a decent place to come!
D. H.If I could give one tip I'd say avoid the starters, we had three and they were all disappointing and bland but the mains and dessert were all delicious. We both had pasta dishes and were really impressed with the portions. The first guy (maybe manager) that took our order (no notepad) got it wrong but the lady who served the food fixed the issues right away and was lovely. We got the 3 dish set menu and felt we got good value for money!

The food, especially at the price that it is, is not good enough as I could easily replicate the dishes we had tonight myself. That being said the pizza garlic bread starter we had was gorgeous and my partner did really enjoy her carbonara. The menu is a little bit lacking in a description (someone higher up is to blame for that) and the drink prices are ridiculous. All in all, mediocore food for a not so mediocre price

A. P.Booked a table for Sat 3rd August 20-00 we had friends from Leeds with us. We sat down ordered off the menu and drinks, the starters came and was very enjoyable. Then my friend who was still eating when a staff member cleared the table and our main meals was on the counter ready to be served, not very happy with the service it was sorted with the manager who apologised. Don't like been rushed when eating. The meals was very good but they need to sort out service qualitys

S.My daughter and I went to Prezzo, Hull today, It was really busy due to the school holidays. Olivia was amazing with us. Really looked after us and got our food out to us super quick. Such a lovely girl, you’re lucky to have her, made our visit extra enjoyable. Thanks Olivia! :)
K. S.Received great service from staff, seated straight away. Gentleman serving was very professional and got my drink and main fast. Had to wait a bit for them to clear my plate and I think they forgot I had ordered dessert from the set menu, so a longer wait but after being checked on if I had received my desert, they went and sorted it.
I had Aperol Spritz - very nice, refreshing summer drink
Pollo pasta - chicken was beautiful, and everything was perfectly cooked.
Panna cotta - very nice, felt like the mint was not needed.

Standard pizza/pasta/salad fare but I had a very tasty seabass with rocket salad and greens with pesto, which was delicious with a crispy skin, if slightly overcooked. Desserts are terrific, try the chocolate bomb or tiramisu. Heartily recommend the place.

S. R.Staff were helpful and pleasant, food was good. Went as part of a group of 16 and the staff were brilliant at organising everything so that the meal went smoothly. The wait between courses was acceptable considering the numbers of meals being prepared but all the food arrived warm and tasted good. Drinks were a little expensive and the options were limited.
M. R.Food was ok, and waiting staff were attentive. The manager however, didn't seem to put our food order through as we had to ask for our desert, and again clarify that we had booked a three course meal. Not a big deal, but the difference between 3 and 4 stars.

S. H.Great service, fantastic food and in a great location. It's always been quiet when we've visited and is perfect for a romantic meal for two. We also used our Tesco Clubcard vouchers and so got a 3 course meal with coffee afterwards for just over £5!
D. S.We went for valentines and the menu price was fantastic, fizz and limoncello definitely made the meal that bit more special. Only slight issue was that the tiramisu, our favourite dessert was a little frozen still in the middle but we were offered a free coffee to make up for it. Some of the tables could do with being spaced out better but I absolutely adore Italian food and wouldn't hesitate in going to prezzo again.
P.A little bit dissapointed with the food. A definite lack of ingredients in my pasta. Just tomato sauce a small lump of chicken and 2 small strips of yellow peppers 😒the place is very grubby and we did comment on the very dirty red gloss tiles behind the pizza oven 😫

M. R.Always a great experience from Prezzo except sometimes the staff can seem a bit rude in the ways of lack of customer service. Be nice to have them talk even briefly to see how you are or something. But the food is always top notch. Never had any bad experience there
P. B.RLD deal for 2 is why we were there so we expected smaller portions, wrong, totally wrong. We boxed up some pizza. We were stuffed, the young lad serving on was excellent & nothing was to much trouble, intact he prempted most requests. I can't understand why it's so under used. The only reason for knocking off a star was the fact that I used the loo and the tap, mirror and soap dispenser were covered in scum, I wiped them best I could with loo roll but cleaner needs telling.
p.My wife didn't like food. But i love it was nice served and fantastic taste. But I still would call as very price for size of portions. Definitely worth to try.

D. M.Great, speedy service. Exactly what I expect from Prezzo. It's a shame that they don't take NUS cards during peak days (Thursday - Sunday) but it's totally what I'd expect. Also, they're starting to serve San Pellegrino bottles which cost the same as the cans they sell, despite having 130ml less in. :(

Every time I have been the staff are always very friendly and attentive, the food is consistently excellent and despite being in a shopping centre you feel somewhere much more upmarket when inside. My favourites are the Pane Con Cipolla, which is a garlic bread pizza with caramelised onions and mozzarella. The Al Forno pasta dishes are really tasty too. I haven't had anything yet that I've been disappointed with! Watch out for the beer prices though, a 660ml bottle of Peroni is £6.
Apart from that I really recommend them!
