Grandson, 8, and I went here at 5pm. Not busy at all! The electronic order board was OK, but not as clear about options as McDonald's where they are listed in full at the left hand side of screen. Here they are at the top, and you need to scroll to left to see the options. The table we sat at did not look as if it had been cleaned since last diner. Also did not see anyone clean tables after diners left. Food was good though.

Very salty food, but quick service and bottomless drinks helped. More expensive than other fast food, but clean and tidy with smiling staff!

I don't often get fast food, but after a long run this morning my body just craved greasy food. Burger King is my preferred fast food cheap(ish) burger place. The food was OK, very filling for the price, and the service was quick. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. I was confused by the generic packaging, a plain brown bag for the food and a plain white paper cup for the drink. Is this some kind of new government law to stop fast food advertising or, more cynical, to stop street rubbish being tracked back to Burger King? All in all, the food was OK, if a bit greasy and didn't look like the picture I was buying into, but I have no real complaints.

I have now visited the 3 (in my eyes) main fast food outlets and by far this is the only one I WILL be returning too. Fast efficient service and food that was a pleasure to consume. Thank you Burger King for restoring my faith in the fast food industry.

Slow service - ordered using the App for pickup. It tells you to click the App when you're 5mins away so they can start preparing it (this feature is not designed very well if you're driving to the restaurant as it's illegal to use your phone whilst driving unless someone else is in the car as well to do it). But got there, saw my order number on the screen being prepared so nice to know it worked but still waited 15 mins for the food. There were people coming in to order their food and got theirs before me.

The order machines would let me get to the end of the order before they'd crash, so had to go to the till and they didn't get my order right either. The bits we got had bits missing as well. It's very clean and new still, but the tables and chairs feel small and cramped if you're dining in. Wouldn't go back through my own choice.

Only things that let this location down were the state of the toilets & the amount of tables not cleaned down properly when customers leave. Could have just been a bad time to visit but expected better standards!

Bit of a hit and miss with this establishment. An ounce of professionalism doesn't exist here. Easily the worst burger king in all of ipswich. Missing items or incorrect requirements are frequent.

I find the staff always very polite and helpful, my food is always hot and well presented. The hot chocolate is especially good. ( I wasn't sure about trying it again as when I purchased at previously at the copdock branch wasn't very hot and tasted weak.)

After visiting a family member in Ipswich, my wife and I decided to eat before we set off home. We have eaten in other Burger Kings before but I will say this was the best, from service to cleanliness, very good, well done keep up the good work.

The roll to my burger was a little stale. I ate indoors, there was only two other tables in use. It was a case of choosing a table that looked cleanest. I'll go back to drive through!

I use there app to order so easy to use just order drive up to speaker and say your code, drive thru to next window and pick order up, Not forgetting the great deals they always have on offer I love the easiness of this. Great customer service and always happy to help..

Decent food, but order wrong and had to go back. They did redo all the food but this is the fifth time on the trot this and the other nearby burger king have got the order wrong. Have to check it and go back every time - doesn't happen at McDonald's.

Unless you are familiar with BK it is not easy to see menu and there are no instructions on how to use drinks machine not taking cash was a big problem as I had to buy everyone meal with my card and to top it all a child had been messing with the door and locked everyone in which is a major issue
