S. M. D.Couldn't recommend this place enough!! Visited here for the first time last night with my partner and the assistant manager was absolutely amazing, he couldn't have gone out of his way anymore than what he did. I have a shellfish allergy, when I ordered my food he made sure my order was cooked separately to the shellfish, he came to our table to tell us my food would take longer for this reason. Amazing food, we would definitely come back again.

j. R. (.I recently had lunch here about two weeks ago. I had rated this two stars before after a not very pleasant experience a few years ago. I have recently went back and am happy to see that the standard of both food and service has a improved drastically. We had a very pleasant waitress who was very accommodating to needs and changes that we wanted to make to our order. The food was delicious and was happy to see that the self serve salad bar was back in order. Over all a very pleasant experience, will be visiting again.

D. C.Took the wife for breakfast and even with only 1 person on front of house with a steady flow of customers she (Sarah) did well to get round to everyone and serve them right. The meals were cooked perfectly by Chef Carl and the bacon was to die for, just the right thickness and flavour.
N. B.We frequently visit here as it’s on the way to my son’s football training. Sarah is always so welcoming, friendly and super efficient. She knows exactly what my son needs to eat prior to training, which is such a nice touch. The food is always fresh, hot and quick which ticks all the boxes for us. All the team here know we are on a tight schedule and accommodate our every need. Sometimes restaurant chains fall below your expectations, Harvester Ravenswood exceeds ours! Sarah and her team are an absolute credit to the company. Well done everyone.
L. H.We were a party of eight including three small children under five years old. All our food came out quickly, the children's was brought out first which was kind. The meals were all very nice. Karla was very friendly and patient while taking our order as it was a bit chaotic initially while we worked out what the children wanted. She checked back in whether we needed anything else during our meal and was really quick clearing all the plates and bringing the bill when we were finished.
M.We had a big table of 18, service by Ellen was great, although (understandably) food took a little while it all arrived at the same time for everyone. Ellen was very friendly and attentive/efficient. Most meals were great only reason for 4 stars was a couple were not great but immediately rectified and we order 9 drinks which were delivered with a ‘shot’ of red bull instead of a can and we were charged for 9 cans of red bull and didn’t realise til we got home. But all in all great experience and we were a large party and they coped very well.
