T. J.Food was OK but expensive and the paper straws were really dirty and had food stains on them when we were handed them, no wrappers at all. Young guy at the drive thru was very helpful

A. F.Much improved lately..staff seem to know the difference between white and dark meat now. Condiments and napkins can be hit and miss and never include wet wipes any longer at drive through? Why?

m. f.I had a few questions regarding distancing and table service and the helpful member of staff told us that there was no table service which made us chill out with the need for restrictions and we felt more relaxed but still wore our masks when moving around the restaurant. Top place to eat and helpful staff 10/10

n. p.The usual high quality of fried chicken that we love. It was a late Thursday night and I was amazed by the ability of the staff to absorb the abuse and absolute disrespect that they are given by some people. Given 4 stars due to the massive amount of litter! ( lazy people/customers. they provide bins throughout the carpark)
N. F.Called in one Sunday after 1700, not very busy staff friendly and promptly saw to our order.. Wasn't the best KFC that I have had..chips weren't hot enough, however it was no bother to change them. Also my partner on her three piece meal got just thighs and not a mix. No hurry to return.

D. J.Great service from drive thu apart from the lane as it is to tight for large or long cars. If you have anything about a medium size vehicle do not attempt. Two staff do not have time for walk in customers as the full attention was not giving as they was talking to each other about non related KFC topics.

D. G.Had to fight our way through an army of just eat couriers and their array of large bags to be greated by some rather overwhelmed staff. Food was good when we got it, but I think something different needs to be done about all the delivery drivers. Felt more like a busy cab office then a food establishment. Avoid on a Saturday night.

K. T.The food is great but the customer service is terrible. I always get the Zinger Box Meal and it always tastes nice but I miss the old fries. This KFC often forget parts of our food and we don't realize until we get home. We now look at our food before leaving to make sure we have everything.
H. s.Who doesn’t love a bit of KFC? Here I particularly like because the size of the chicken is always quite hearty and they offer lots of coating on the chicken which can sometimes be sparse in other restaurants. They have a drive-through and quite reasonable in terms of speed and also in giving you what you want. For example, if you wanted a whole bucket of leg they could probably sort out which lot of places may not do! I don’t know if it’s me, but this is my preferred KFC in the area as I do think it tastes slightly better and slightly fresher.
M. H.If I happen to be in Ipswich I very often go to KFC for lunch the friendly atmosphere, good food and reasonable prices are great draw. I would recommend this eatery to everyone who likes KFC chicken, 5 stars.
j. m.well they tell me don't fill the gravies or beans up as the staff scold themselves if too full never mind the customers who get half filled pots health and safety gone stupid order through just eat wont refund or compensate other wise good chicken chips great staff over worked shouting at 1 another when on the phone to me always smoking outside and forget items got money refunded last week as toilets so smelly could be better shame on you cardinal park
L. W.Very fast friendly service. Food was freshly made, and tasted great, I had the trilogy meal, it's a perfect selection of some of the best bits off the menu.
L. S.This franchise has a reputation for missing items from your order, so I would recommend that you check before you leave. The food can be a bit greasy sometimes, I know its fried chicken, so you expect a bit of grease, but it can be excessive at times
S. S.Sometimes staff mess up orders, like they give me chips instead of sweet corn or they just give us both. Some kind staff. Always seems reasonably busy. Race cars keep driving round constantly
M. W.We had a very long wait for our food but other than that everything was good. They are not selling sundaes as the ice cream machine is broken!
D. G.The chicken was very good and better than I have had elsewhere in revnt times. It was also crispy on the outside. I didn't quite like the chips as it felt soggy but overall it was a good experience.
R. S.Never particularly clear on parking at this KFC. I think you can park in the red bays for an hour for free, but I inevitably spent the whole time worrying I will get a ticket. I have to say that the boneless chicken fillets have shrunk dramatically recently. I think they must now come from 1 day old baby chicks :/ but, of course, it's still delicious :)

rice box is very poor.Small quantity of rice, very small! Small piece of fillet and HUGE quantity of leaves. Isn’t a big problem but next time just will not accept order.

J. O.I thought it was good. Just that the toilets are disgusting, I would hate to be a female and using them because my experience in the men's toilet was harendous. Poo everywhere in the cubical, it was worse than the ones at funfair at Portman road. But other than that I had a great time.

R.Always have a laugh and a joke in here sometimes you'll get a free milkshake but not all the time depends who's on and how long you have to wait it is better to check the quantities of your food if you have a big order just in case they've missed something out other than that they are friendly and helpful

D. 5.Good service, walk in orders are open and accepted here. Rice box came with no fork but soon rectified.

g.Someone said the gravy was good and the last time I tried it (about 25 years ago) it was rank. I stand corrected. I had to stop myself from drinking it from the cup. Yum
