We really enjoyed our, meal was bought to us fast was delicious one of us had vegetarian food there is a good selection. And was very tasty!! Only one thing was corn on the cob still had alot of the outside layer on it when cooked so, wasn't so great but rest of the meal was amazing very good experience!!

Service was good and attentive, the large chips were actually large which is a huge PLUS and the Spiced Clementine seasoning is so damn good so recommend for those alone! However, besides the chicken, half their menu was our of stock, despite it being the early afternoon, and those were some of the most dry thighs I've ever eaten in my life. Still tasty though.

This is a great Nando’s. Tonight’s Deliveroo order came with a missing brownie which our little girl was heartbroken over! It’s very difficult to negotiate with the houmous that came instead. When I called the Nando’s they were friendly and apologetic and when we received the order it had this lovely little note in which my little girl loved and she’ll be talking about this at school in her kindness project. What can you say.... It's Nandos, it's chicken! Joking aside, this Nandos was clean and tidy, we were greeted immediately on entry, shown to our table and set up with menus quickly and efficiently by a lovely friendly lady. The food came quickly it was great and the bottomless soft drinks are very welcome. If you haven't been to Nandos before, what can you expect? Chicken in its various guises cooked to perfection with a choice of peri peri spicing levels. Also garlic and herbs for those not into the spice. The usual array of chips, rice, coleslaw, corn etc as sides all served up at reasonable prices. (£22 for a whole chicken and our choice of 4 sides) we were too stuffed to try pudding after this lot, but they do a bottomless frozen yoghurt dessert for about £3 if you can eat more. The spice level is true to their description, but there are an array of extra sauces to add more heat if you want it. Kids meals are available too. All this wrapped up with a lively Portuguese vibe going on. So as I said at the start.... It's Nandos, it's chicken..... It's great! What are you waiting for.....

Unfortunately the menu has changed recently for the worst and got rid of the sweet potato sides that now limits the healthy sides choice. Used to love Nando’s but the service here isn’t as quick as other places and staff seem a bit disinterested apart from a few. Quality control lacks at times with portion sizes seemingly a table lottery. Quality of food and ingredients is good and always tastes as it should. Prices over the years have hiked which is a bit annoying as you seem to get much less than a few years back. They do nhs discounts which is good but overall can be overpriced for quite basic food. Nonetheless the sauces are delicious and worth 3 stars alone!!

We were looking for somewhere to eat quickly, on a very cold wet night. We were new to the modus operandi of a Nando's setting, but need not have worried. The staff were helpful and friendly even to a pair of newbies. Great chicken great salads, great team. We will definitely go back! Stayed longer than we thought...

Lovely Nando's with fast service. My only issue is that I went to pick up a takeaway order and had to pay for parking when I went in. This is most likely no fault of Nando's but it's a bit off putting when you just want to go to eat. I know at least one of the places nearby offer help towards parking costs if you buy from them; however this Nando's advised they do not offer this. Overall though a good Nando's.

You need to customise the veggie options for a decent vegan option and the portions are famously tiny as with all nandos restaurants but it's a pretty cheap meal so you can't really complain much, as with everything you get what you pay for. Can't fault the food as it's always quickly served and tasty. For a chicken place it's very veggie friendly and info on how to eat vegan there is readily available on their website.

So I have been to Nando's twice now - 1st was take out and another dine in. So few things to note: 1.It is a popular place and can get busy on weekends. So if u want takeout, order beforehand and then come in and get it. 2. Dine in : You need to order at the counter. So once u r seated check the menu and then go order. I didn't know this and was waiting for my order to be taken :) Food: 1. The chicken is very nice with their special sauce. Currently my favorite in Ipswich. 2. I didn't like the burger as it was quite small for the price. The bun is not the best for a burger as it was a bit hard. So all in all, I will recommend it for the chicken..it's yummy.

The food at Nandos is always going to be what you expect, so you cant really fault them there. What I didn't like is that I ordered a starter as well as a main but the practically came at the same time. I understand that some restaurants do that sort of thing but it would be nice to have a heads up. The other thing that I am not a fan of is; if you are going in with a group and you are on one table, you expect to dine at the same time. Unfortunately the food came out all at different times leading to some of the party watching you scoff your food down with envious eyes and an empty stomach. I must state that the food at nandos is always tasty and there is no fault there. I just feel it's more of a fast food joint masked as restaurant and if that's not what they are going for they need to make a few changes regarding service and timings.

Got a table within 15 mins which was good.nice clean.explained how to order online first course came reasonably quickly.as the evening went on and the restaurant got quieter the staff took this as a opportunity to stand and chat service went out the window,we sat for ages empty plates,empty glasses in the end I had to call across to the counter to ask for refills and our deserts,which seemed to remind them that there was still customers in the place.

We visited to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. This was our first visit since the refurbishment and what an improvement. The restaurant looks spot on. All the waitresses were Friendly, professional and helpful. Even though it was very busy our meals were delivered relatively quickly and seemed to be better value than I remembered from our last visit. We had brought a Birthday cake with us which the waitresses were happy to bring out at the end of the meal, they even joined in and sang Happy Birthday. All in all our visit to Nandos was a very happy one..

They have very friendly staff. Cardinal park is a great location (close to the city center and train station) The food is always great at Nando's, especially the chicken wings with hot sauce. Although the unlimited frozen yoghurt is a bit too watery. The restaurant is reasonably priced with student discounts.

Staff are friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. Sometimes there can be a wait but they do have seats to sit on during that time and due to the speed at which food is served you shouldn't wait long for people to leave. My personal favourite is the butterfly chicken with lemon and herb dressing, and also peri peri chips with perinaise.

Try the Chicken Liver and if you can tolerate something spicy hot, ask for extra hot. Their Portuguese wine is also good. Peri salted chips are probably everyone's fav. Wings platter is a sure fire too, again go for the spicy one and have it before it cools down.

(Translated) The place is very nice, cozy and it's very big. The staff were very efficient, quick and kind. You may like it or not, probably depending on your age, but I find it extremely convenient. The reason for the three stars is closely related to the food: the quality of Nando's food has decreased, mashed potatoes and broccoli looked "old" and the mashed had lost its creaminess. The chicken was "ok" but nothing special, even the temperature at which it was served was not the correct one. I'm sorry to give 3 stars but the food didn't really impress me. (Original) Il posto è molto carino, accogliente ed è molto grande. Il personale efficientissimo, rapido e gentile. La modalità di prenotazione tramite telefono può piacere o meno, probabilmente a seconda dell'età, ma la trovo estremamente comoda. Il motivo delle tre stelle è strettamente legato al cibo: la qualità del cibo di Nando's è diminuita, puré e broccoli sembravano "vecchi" e il puré aveva perso la sua cremosità. Il pollo era "ok" ma proprio niente di che, anche la temperatura a cui è stato servito non era quella corretta. Mi spiace dare 3 stelle ma il cibo non mi ha proprio entusiasmato.
