We have just had a amazing family meal. The waiters were fantastic. The food was outstanding. We had such large portions we took food home with us. Highly recomend this restaurant and especially the garlic nan. Thank you to all the staff for a really enjoyable evening. Can't wait to visit again.

Me and my partner went for a random cheeky curry and this place definitely did not disappoint. I got a lamb dhansak, pilau rice, chips and everything was so flavourful and yummy. Do note this place was CASH only. Interior was nice and new too! Will definitely be coming back

The food was delicious and worthy of 5 stars but sadly the place itself is in need of some renovation, prime location with lovely views over park the place needs updating for sure but hey don't let that put you off the food and service was fabulous, no drinks licence but you can take your own, in these desperate times for small businesses surport if you can you won't be disappointed with the food 👍

Amazing restaurant, amazing food, amazing staff. Been a few times and the food is always spot on. The staff are friendly and professional. Great location in horsforth park. There is no licence so you can not get alcohol but they let you take your own. They sell soft drinks. Easily accessible up a ramp. They are happy to accommodate a dish to your liking if you don't like things to spicy. They also offer a take away service with collection or delivery. Will be back again soon.

Fab meal, a bit understaffed but that excusable when the business climate is so precarious. Advice would be to get more experienced front of house that can see their tables rather than be around the corner not facing. The layout doesn’t help manage the takeaway business with the restaurant customers needs. Overall through fab food and really should be supported as a new business

First time dining at Ameens. A lovely location in horsforth park, light airy with lovely views. The food was beautiful, service was exceptional, the waiter helped me with choosing my dish and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend Ameens, away from the high street restaurants, but well worth it. Give them a try for yr next Indian meal. Thankyou to all concerned.

All the dishes were pretty decent in flavour, not amazing but good. Price was above what I'd have expected for what it was considering as well that they run a bring your own drink policy. The place also had a pretty funny smell to it, you'll know what I mean if you go, a bit foisty but that could be due to the fact it's under a load of trees and the place is in the middle of a park just old building smell.

Just had a delicious meal at this family run restaurant, in Hall Park in a beautiful location. All food is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises, and they have an extensive competitively priced menu. By far exceeds other better known restaurants.

Lovely restaurant overlooking Horsforth Park. Fantastic range of dishes on the menu and staff are flexible about altering things if you ask. Waiting staff friendly and attentive, also very knowledgeable if you need recommendations. This is now run by a family after being taken over in the pandemic. Highly recommended

Fabulous service & food. Great view of the park. Really good value for money & genuinely nicer than so called posher places. Everywhere is spotlessly clean too. We'll be coming again. The seekh kebabs are the best in the area by a mile!

Lovely young manager,very pleasant and friendly. Place was small and neat. The food was okay-ish but they are a fairly new establishment and hopefully will improve with time. Will probably give it another try in 6 months for check on improvement in food quality as we like to give new businesses a chance to improve before writing them off from our 'go to restaurants' 🙂

Tried Ameen's for the first time last night and the overall experience was 5 star. Great service and freindly staff, food was amazing, and it was very reasonably priced. The restaurant had a very good atmosphere, probably one of the most pleasant meals out I've had in a very long time. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

First impressions were it was packed very well in a cardboard box so nothing had spilt or tipped over and you could see the care that had gone into packaging. New to Horsforth and was recommended to try Ameens and we were certainly not disappointed. We had the sizzler for 2 which had a great selection off starters, all of which tasted delicious. Ordered the garlic chicken chilli for mains and was told by the gentleman who took our order that it was really spicy and he kindly suggested if we’d like it slightly less spicy. Cannot fault the curry one bit plus the strength spot on. Overall, excellent food and service we will definitely be back Ameens

Ameens has been open for one year now and has had to deal with all the problems of the Covid lock down just as it was due to officially open. I live quite locally and decided to order a takeaway as a birthday treat. I rang the restaurant directly to clarify some of the menu options and received very friendly and helpful advice. I ordered directly with the restaurant rather than through just eat and collected myself 25 minutes later. The staff were very welcoming and the takeaway was delicious, well spiced and seasoned. I feel really guilty that I have not used Ameens before now and will certainly be going back soon, our local restaurants need as much support as possible. I would highly recommend them for great tasting food and look forward to eating out as soon as they can open their doors for eat in meals.

This place is a hidden little gem, great service, lovely food, really friendly staff who aim to please. Would imagine in summer you get great views of the park from the restaurant. We visited here in October 2020 and will definitely be returning. If you like authentic Indian food I would highly recommend you give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. Wonderful service and fantastic curry. First and foremost it should be said that the guys here make you feel extremely welcome, even picking up conversation where they left off on your last visit! From the kitchen wonderful flavours and great curry, fresh ingredients and the perfect blend of spice (rivalled only by my own) The japati's are the best! No hesitation in recommending Ameen's - Order direct not through the apps (the apps charge mega fees to the retailer - JustSayNo to snoopdog).

Decent food and good service. Ordered as a takeaway, the main dish comes in a small foil tray. So pricey compared to someone like Akbars or Nawab Khan Horsforth. Need to switch to a plastic container or larger foil container for it to be reasonably priced. Pickle tray also slightly overpriced in comparison to competitors
