Really fun eating experience, we probably could have spent quite a lot of time here. The meats provided were tasty, especially the marinated beef, we had lots and the sides were refillable too.

Quite expensive for an average experience. The marinated duck was really tasty, but I can't say the same for the other meats. I am kinda disappointed that a bunch of the unlimited side dishes (especially the tempura sweet potato) was taken off the menu. Still, the duck is the ultimate redeeming factor for this one. I just don't recommend going too often for the sake of your bank account.

The food tasted good, however this is not an authentic Korean bbq place. The experience is similar to Korean bbq, but the staff didn't even know what the ingredients they were serving were called. The '쌈장' was not authentic, they mixed it with something else. The beansprouts were not authentic, they should have used 콩나물. The lettuce (쌈) they used was not authentic. The kimchi (김치) was not authentic The pickles, were not authentic. This place markets itself as a Korean BBQ place, however it is not a Korean BBQ place, it's just a BBQ place with 'some' Korean inspiration.

My wife and I👫 enjoyed a lovely meal🥢, wonderful attentive staff. We were given various cut meats🥩, king prawns🦐 and squid🦑 to cook on the griddle🔥 in the middle of the table. A waitress explained the Korean 🇰🇷🇰🇵way of placing the meat on a leaf, adding rice, salad and sauce. The cooking gave a focus for conversation stopping the drift into the usual subjects. Well worth a visit. We totally recommend the Bulgogi Grill ❤. Find it next door to the 10 pin bowling 🎳 alley.

Very hard not to love this place - some people fall out with the concept of cooking your own food… but in here it just adds to the whole experience. Loads of great cuts of meat and fish, as much spices, dips and salad as you like… you actually almost feel healthy whilst tucking in… A real gem in Leeds and somewhere to take your friends for sure… can’t recommend enough!!

By far one of my all time favourite places to eat in Leeds, the atmosphere is amazing, the service fantastic and the food, so so soooo tasty. The menu is mostly set, but changes, additions and subtractions are possible, you are guided to your table, a grill is already set up ready to be used, then all you need to do is order your meat and wait for the grill to heat up. It's a fun experience where you have to cook your own food, you are given assorted meats, seafood and a small amount of veg to cook on the grill, how well or not, it is cooked is entirely upto your personal preference. Each order/table is given unlimited pickles/veggies, boiled rice and lettuce, then once your meat is cooked, it's upto you how you eat it, like a donburi (rice on bottom with meat on top), Korean style (meat and sides wrapped in lettuce then devoured). If you've never been, I could not advise this place more, if you have, go again, you know it's amazing!

Beautiful lay out, amazing food, friendly staff. Everything about this place screams modern and is absolutely lovely to experience. It was the first time I came here that I absolutely fell in love with the food and even found my favourite alcoholic beverage. I would recommend every time to friends and family. The meat selection is carefully marinated in their own sauce at which you have fun cooking it to your own degree of perfection. If you’re ever in Leeds be sure to give this place the time it’s worth. They provide their own hand sanitizers too. Walkins and reservations accepted!!! I can’t sing enough prayers for this place. Don’t knock it till you try it!!!

Really amazing portions and the marinade for the beef and pork was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely visit again. The only criticism would be that the kimchi and other side dishes were not seasoned enough in my opinion, and that it was room temperature.

The best korean bbq in the UK by far!!! I always, and I mean always, stuff myself stupid because I just can't stop myself!! It's just so good! They are also very accommodating to me as I have a shellfish allergy and I am always offered extra meat to replace the seafood. But I also always find space for the ice cream, as it is so tasty! Especially the black sesame. 100% worth the drive I have to make, just so amazing, I wish I could afford to eat there everyday.

Had been wanting to visit Bulgogi Grill for a while, finally had the opportunity to go recently as we were in Leeds and I was not disappointed. Food was amazing and the staff helped to explain the menu as this was the first time we'd been. Loved the unlimited sides dishes and rice, we did not leave hungry 😂. Only issue was when the tables started to fill up, we had to wait a while for more lettuce and side dishes etc but this was understandable as there was only two lovely waitresses who were running around to each table. Would definitely go back again, probably one of my favourite restaurants.

Korean grill is what I had been missing all my life! Bulgogi was a great introduction to Korean grilled and was wholeheartedly approved by the Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese members in our amidst. This was our first visit to Bulgogi grill and it did not disappoint! We had the 1st set menu which was more than enough for two. The staff are attentive with refills and orders, loved the relaxed atmosphere and having your own individual booth. Bulgogi is coping well with the covid crisis by cleaning extensively between sittings and each booth is seperated by perspect sheets so that social distancing between parties is maintained. Looking forward to visiting again soon ☺️

Amazing meal, we went for the £35 special set menu and we were really well fed! The Korean teas were also gorgeous, especially the plum and honey. Banana fritters and ice cream for dessert which just finished off the meal nicely. The best meal out I've had in a long time, i will definitely be going again!

I think it’s pricey but it’s a great place to go to if you want a nice dinner. If you go in the evening you’ll be forced to have the set menu at £28 per person, there are no other alternatives. The servers were very nice and food came pretty fast. We enjoyed it

Great portions, great staff, great experience, great food. An excellent place to go as a group. I know the idea is cooking your own food at a restaurant doesn't gel with traditional British expectations, but there is a good reason this style of restaurant is so popular in South East Asia. Ive brought friends here who have never tried Korean food before they never fail to be impressed. Tiny criticism I miss the Perilla leaves kkaenip would be amazing if you could add these to your vegetable sides.

Brilliant food, brilliant portions and brilliant staff. Haven't been here in a few years but took advantage of the eat out to help out offer to rediscover and what a joy it was. Tasty food, bit of a gimmick cooking your own food at the on-table grill Unlimited sides and plenty of meat and seafood cuts help but ultimately do not justify the steep asking price. The small tables quickly fill up if you have a group booking and they bring all the plates out at once. It can be a hassle constantly turning and seasoning the meats on the grill before they burn given how thin the cuts are. However, the food is very tasty and the meat is excellent quality. Would be nice if there was a menu in addition to the two BBQ options that make up the entire menu.

As a Korean, I may have the biased-view for this Korean restaurant. Yes, it is a Korean style BBQ, BUT is not an authentic Korean food. Store layout and staffs were good. My Korean friends said lunch is much better than dinner when it comes to the "value for the money". What a fantastic experience. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table, given the menu and our lovely waiter explained how it worked. There were 2 menus to choose from, both have starters and then the main is unlimited sides, lettuce & rice, sauces and a selection of meats and fish. When it is delivered you cook it yourself on the grill in the table. Everything we had was brilliant, I tried sides I had never experienced before, tried lots of different combinations and loved every one. I can highly recommend you try this restaurant, the food is fab, the service is brilliant, everyone is so friendly and it is very tastefully decorated. The owner even took time out (it was very busy and on a Wednesday evening) to talk to us, making us feel very welcome.

I've been here a few times now with friends and really like the place. You get a ton of meat and cook it yourself over the grill in the centre of your table, you can then wrap it in all the lettuce, rice and a range of fried Korean veggies you want. The best thing to me is that while the food is very good, the way in which you eat the meal feels very social, relaxed and engaging. Everyone is constantly ferrying meat to the grill, turning it over etc at their own pace while you chat away in your comfortable booth and maybe have some drinks. Not at all cheap mind you, though you can get a cheaper more restricted menu on the weekends. Service and staff were very good.

I had never eaten Korean food before and this was a great experience. The staff were great even though I wasn't sure what to do. The menu is just a set £25 deal but you get loads for your money and it's something very cool (especially if you're new like I was). Platter has beef, duck, pork, prawn and squid. Some marinated most not. All sides are all you can eat and you cook it how you want and make up your own lettuce burrito thing. Cool place.

Bulgog grill is a high end on of the time easy pick Korean grill dining experience. I have been here with my partner and we got a LOT of food. It includes variety of pork, beef and seafood meat plus unlimited sides. This place provides only 2 types of dinning so it very easy to pick what you want. It has appropriate choose of drinks and staff is very friendly. All this goodness comes at a cost but it is well worth it.

One of the best restaurants I have been to, amazing experience. You are given platters of raw marinated meats and fish and you BBQ over a hot plate set in the table. To accompany you receive a dozen side dishes along with rice and lettuce leaves which are replenished until you finish you meal. There is no pressure to finish and the staff can't do enough for you. If you are in Leeds this restaurant is a must. One of the reviews complained about BBQ smells, every table has an extractor which works brilliantly.
