R. C.Ordered last night (Friday) . Order arrived quickly and earlier than posted time. Got 3 pizza and one of them was customised. Everything was hot still. The order was all correct and everything we ordered arrived.
Used the £9.99 large pizza offer on the website which seemed a decent deal.
E. D.Ordered four large pizzas most of which were expected Domino's quality and satisfaction. However, the vegan Chick-Ain't pizza had toppings confined to within a 2-inch wide border of crust (see photo). It didn't look appetising and we felt really disappointed by Domino's. However, the taste was good. Why wasn't it properly topped closer to the edge of the base like the other three pizzas were (and as shown in the product pictures on the Domino's website)? We tried to find an accessible way to feed-back to Domino's Oulton via online but each time we were referred back to a telephone contact number. This is not an accessible option for everybody, I'm afraid.
H. B.The staff at Oulton store are always really pleasant, especially their delivery drivers. Had an issue with an order one week and they resolved it very quickly and with no fuss.
M. H.Had to speak to the manager as we couldn’t order vegan nuggets as a side option in the website as part of one of the deals...he was very good on the phone and went out of his way to help us out. Great customer service and much appreciated. Should also be noted that Dominos have upped their vegan game recently and we really enjoy a Friday night takeaway from here now there’s a few options!
K. B.I only ordered four items for delivery, one missing. So by the time I rang back to say they had not delivered my chicken it was another half an hour for that to arrive and by then my pizzas were cold. Really not good enough Domino's.
C. W.Ordered online for collection, the staff realised they cooked the wrong chicken side and rather than tell me, said "5 minutes sir" whilst they got it right. As a result my side was perfect but the pizza was poor. I'd have taken the original side, they just had to ask.
