A. S.A very busy takeaway. Well placed for leaving Leeds town centre on your way in the direction of Pudsey and you're feeling hungry. Go KFC!

I have been to the restaurant and told the staff what happened, the manager checked (what happened below) and asked his staff to make the correct order, they were very friendly and apologetic and made up the order quickly.

I would have put 0 stars if it was available.
I used Uber eats and ordered a 12 pc boneless dipping feast, with gravy, coleslaw, 2 x fries, 2 x rice, a 1.5ltr tango.
I received 3 x wings, a cookie, a small popcorn chicken, a 1.5ltr 7up.
Informed them of error, no contact, no offer of refund. Happy to take money and not supply the order, absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m not a KFC fan, but have to comprise with my family.
H. B.Not had one of these in a while from here's to be honest as it went down hill. I was very impressed this time the chicken tasted fresh and was juicy, an the chips tasted crispy. The gravy was nice and thick like back in the day. All in all this experience was BANGING (great).
R.Not the best at all. Staff either haven't been trained properly or they cant follow the diagram of how to build a burger. Check order. Check burger (actually look at the burger) on a plus note its always clean and tidy
T. K.Menu is still hit n miss, like, the children's menu isn't available but you can buy the adult versions still which doesn't make sense, like chicken popcorn, can't have it as a kids meal but can buy it as a regular meal. It's bonkers.
J. S.Ordered through the app which unfortunately messed up and didn't give us an order number but we just went into the store and they sorted everything out straight away and also gave us 2 cookies! :)
S. J.I had a fantastic bucket full of lard and grease with soggy fries. I don't think my take out was KFC's finest moment as I have had a lot better. The bin certainly enjoyed it more than me.

I have to say it was perfection. Nice clean restaurant My order was for take away & correct. The food was hot.
Staff really really helpful helping me with the choices of different Buckets.
I decided on a 10 piece Family Feast bargain price & I was not disappointed. The chips are lovely tasting a lot like home cut chips.
It seems people don't enjoy the wait. Well I can tell you I thoroughly enjoyed the wait it was worth it.
Thank you will definitely be back for a Visit. 😊

A. H.Every time I have been, it's been clean and relatively quiet. It's one of the better KFCs I've been to near Leeds. Nothing remarkable to note - it's middle of the road. I would order food from here again, no problems on that front!

C. A.Service isn't hurried but is certainly swift enough. The food is consistently great, better than I would expect from a KFC. The staff always give off the impression that nothing is too much trouble for them, and take large orders in their stride.

Well done to THE 3 STAFF on the front counter managaning all orders and dealing with online orders as well during busy times. You provided me with very efficient service and I will definitely be paying a visit here more often. Impressed and happy customer.

I remember the days when Kentucky Fried Chicken did the best ribs ever!

M. K.Usually quiet busy but staff try to keep on top of it. The restaurant always seems a bit grubby so it's take out only for us. Lacking drive through for full convenience and sometimes you have to wait 10-15mins for chicken.
C. G.Was ok. Could do with maintaining the cleanliness of the branch. On 2 occasions I’ve visited tables have been dirty Iv had to use my hand sanitizer and tissues to wipe down the tables and chairs. Won’t be in rush to go back to this branch.

M. B.I stopped in to pick up food for the hungry boyfriend on my way home from work. I'm not really familiar with KFC so my opinions shouldn't be taken too seriously, but he commented that the food was not the usual KFV standard, and I found the environment inside quite oppressive and unwelcoming.
The service was quite unorganised, and lots of people were waiting around.
Parking isn't great, especially getting back out on to the main road.

A. W.Not been to this KFC for about 4 months. That one was lovely. This time it was horrible! Think its changed hands yet again. The chicken was so greasy and the coating was nearly burnt. I think they have just cooked unused chicken from the night before. It has put me off KFC. Think I will stick to McDonalds in future. Really disappointed...
c. f.My car broke down on Tuesday morning 23/01/2018 on Stanningley Road. I had to pull into kfc while I waited for recovery. I have to say the staff are world class what a fantastic service. Very polite and friendly and helpful. I knew I was having the day from hell when I also spilt my coffee everywhere. But the friendly service staff. Gave me another. I apologise for not calling back in to say thank you in person I had to rush to get to work. But thank you for all for the service. Brilliant team. One Last thing them cookies are to die for everyone needs to go there and get one.

S. S.I grew up in bramley and remember this particular KFC fondly. Im 48 now and live in bradford where all the KFCs here are disgraceful, so whenever im close to armley i try and go to this KFC its the cleanest and freshest one by far 5 stars all the way.

Yes its true, this KFC is another corking choice chicken cottage.. Newly refurbed with digital menus to make the dryest mouths pour like the rain falling outside. Food was suberb as ever, keepup the good work Colonal, you crazy chicken chief
