Foods good, the staff always seem to miss things off customers orders more times than not. Poor customer service. Either need re-training or sack everyone who works on the tillls,hire new staff know what doing.

Ordered online and had some problems outside of the kfcs control, but when I called up whoever picked up (wish I'd taken a name!) was super helpful and nice, very grateful for it. They sorted the issue and went above and beyond even when it wasn't the stores fault at all. Thanks loads!

The KFC itself is very nice and very decorated. The reason I put 4 star is that the seats are not very comfortable and when I ordered the person was putting take away instead of dine in and also getting are order wrong.

Genuinely surprised at how much the food at KFC has improved since the big change mamy years ago. Had a wrap meal with a snack wrap and devoured the lot. They've got back an old loyal customer 😁👍🏻

No self-checkout screens? Odd to see a KFC in busy central Leeds without those automatic machines... (if you dont feel as confortable ordering at the counter then download their app and you can pay there) Other than that its a KFC, the few tables will be greasy and with leftover cups but perhaps they were understaffed at that time Anyway, dont think many people (if any) read reviews before going to a KFC

Best KFC restaurant in Leeds. I have eaten in many KFC restaurants, but I always come back to this one when I want delicious chicken in golden breadcrumbs. Food hot and very good. Hot wings could be a little bigger. The fries they introduced a while ago, unfortunately, are terrible. Thick, not tasty. I order chicken on the spot (I prefer fries from the competitive Mc'Donalds). I always ate there or bought and took the bucket home. I can't say about the deliveries because I've never ordered from here. Nice service, always willing to help. It is a very busy place, there are often lines at the cash desk. Sometimes it is difficult for the staff to keep up with cleaning up after the customers, but you can see that they always try very hard .. A pleasant place to eat a quick meal, especially if you like spicy KFC wings like me.

Food was decent but it's very unclean. There was a bucket beneath the men's urinal in the toilet, and the tables aren't wiped regularly so it makes for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience. Gravy was really thin and the chips were lukewarm, but the chicken was delicious.

This branch has dramatically improved recently. The staff seem to actually care now. Even after I presented a voucher, I was offered cheaper alternatives which may have met my needs - two members of staff discussed the options with me. I ended up opting for my original order because it came with chips but it was really nice of the staff to think about saving me money. The food was standard KFC fare: nice crispy chips, and great tasting chicken that's just a little bit too greasy. Nothing a napkin can't fix.

I come here so often. You can’t go wrong with a KFC. The chicken is so good. The chips are potato cut not French fries. The gravy is delectable. You can get a bucket or a meal or just a drink, your choice, even take out. Plenty of seating and clean.

I am currently preparing for the Championship and cannot it fast food a lot. Yesterday was my day of a cheat meal. And I was perfectly served in that special day. The food was as always finger licking. I was served by Kate Stevenson and she was so welcoming and attentive. My friend asked for a water and she even added some ice. This added value in her service is very remarkable. The management need to say thanks to her. My desire to come back is unshakable.

It's very hit and miss, some days you can go in and the food is excellent. Other days you can go in and the food tastes as though it has been bought from Iceland and chucked in the fryer. Even then that's if they actually get your order correct...

I'm a semi-regular visitor and have found the food to be consistently good here - much better than the train station and Headingley locations. However it can get very busy at times making finding a table difficult. It's also perennially under-staffed meaning long waits for food and messy tables / bins. Staff are variable - some polite and helpful, others surly, rude and with poor English. It's stiflingly hot in summer (used to be lovely and cool but one girl explained to me that they're no longer allowed to use the AC) and often seems to attract trouble (I was once threatened by youths and had food thrown at me on a Saturday afternoon). HOWEVER... the food is worth it (or at least I think so!)

Hello, I have visited this Kentucky Fried Chicken on multiple occasions, and on multiple occasions I have been served the best KFC of my life, it's always hot (like magma) soo good and juicy doesn't matter what I get, Zinger or some chicken box its all good. One time I walked across the city centre to eat my chicken at home (between 7-11 minute walk) and it was still HOT, mmmmmm so good! 5*** thank you

Kfc like most fast food chains can be quite harsh to review. If your a fan of a particular brands food then obviously your going to enjoy it more than anothers. KFC for me has always been a great place to eat in terms of food but I do agree with others that there stores including this one, can look tatty at times. Your experience also can come down to how well you were served, it can't of been bad here at Leeds as nothing really stands out, but it cant have been as good as Hulls beacon store, which was notable for its staff that were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd add if you've never tried kfc though, no matter which store give it a go. In terms of foid It's rarely disappointed myself.
