Anyone out there who loves a proper portion of fish and chips at a very reasonable price, get yourself over to Miners Fisheries. Today was my first ever visit there and i was highly impressed with the service, and the superb quality of their fish and chips. Why bother going to a lot of the other overrated and highly expensive chippies when you have this little gem in the middle of Morley - I award you 10 out of 10 for the best fish and chips i've eaten for years - Thankyou

The very best chippy in Morley by far. The fish they serve would be sold as a special in most chippys. Proper fillet ,no jockey fillets. Cooked to perfection. Note their opening times and don't go elsewhere.

Visited last week and 1st time ever I have not enjoyed them, the batter was very soggy and the chips were cold, seemed to be alot of cooked food stacked up in the warmer and no one in the shop, do sometimes think it's better for people to have to wait a few minutes for a fresh fish or chips rather than be served something that's been sat there a while.

Although the food is nice and the staff are friendly they need to speed up their service. Stood outside for 10 minutes and the 2 staff had only served 1 person because they are too busy chatting to the customer. As there were probably 10 or 12 people in front of me I gave up and went home.

Gorgeous fish and chips, large portions too. Love the.nice touch of them doing the chips and letting you put salt and.vinegar on before they put the fish on top. It's a little thing but saves you struggling. And if you get them to eat.now they give you a proper plastic fork not one of those silly wooden ones.

A true gem of a chippy! Lovely old school setup, extremely nice staff and the fish & chips are to die for. Very generous portions too and good prices. The queues outside say it all. This place is highly recommended but I hope the queues won't get bigger.
