J. L.Nandos has changed over the years. The portion of chicken is less generous, the service varies from each person to the next and the prices have risen steeply. This restaurant is no different. You won't feel empty when you leave but your pocket will be much lighter. The location is great, they are fairly quick to serve you but they don't always listen - asking for, 'a quarter chicken breast piece' can result in being given a scrawny leg instead.

M. R.I wouldn't usually review Nando's as we visit frequently and you usually experience the same level of service at each branch, always good but not exceptional. However, the service in this branch was excellent. All of the staff were really friendly, we were seated and served quickly and the food was great. Very good indeed!

When you get to the table, scan the barcode to make your order. A lot simpler and its quick. Enjoy
m. 1.Never been before, a bit of a palava to order food as you need their app/web site, but once we got through that....food was good, sauces, drinks and customer service was great too!

R. M.Lovely Nandos. There can be a long queue at lunchtime. Staff were attentive and there are lots of seats. Unfortunately when we went the drinks machine was not working correctly and we had to move table as the floor and seats of ours had not been cleaned recently and were covered in food. The food we had was very good and came in a timely manner.
M. R.Good size seating area for parties of any size. Staff were very helpful and the service was extremely quick. The food was very enjoyable and tasty. Well prepared and exactly as ordered considering we had some fussy eaters with us. Would go back in a flash and would recommend to all.

P. B.On saturday 4th of January we decided to try nando's for a change having never been before and we liked the look of the menu . We trually wasnt disappointed at all we were greeted at the door by a fabulous young gentleman.We explained we where nando's virgins!!!. He actually took us to a lovely table and sat down at the side of us and took time to fully explain the menu with such passion he was amazing .This man loves his job .we discussed how we like our food we then ordered .After ordering grabbed some cutlery and I saw some plastic ones on the side but he quickly directed me to the correct station as the other was for take away service. We had a amazing experience from start to finish just keep doing what your doing .The young gentleman is a absolute credit to the establishment well done great work and many many thanks

B. T.The manager of Nando's looked after us on our visit a few months ago. We have probably never had service this good in a restaurant before. We had a corporate voucher which had been gifted to us and went with our family following a day out at the Game Fair. The food was gorgeous tasty hot, the Sangria was a little too good. The staff in there were all extremely professional, but above all they were all relaxed, clearly being treated well by their management and enjoying their work. I wish all restaurants would offer the same level of service, which was coming from their manager directly leading by example that night. Thanks Nando's.

O. M.On Friday the 31st of July I checked the website to see if Nando’s trinity open and it says yes, everyday till 10 o’clock night. I live in Liverpool, so I drove all the way to Leeds with my wife to dine in Nando’s trinity, and guess what! It was closed and it says on the door still close and yet to open since lockdown!!! Very unprofessional. Nando’s is a big restaurant and I love their food, but that big company can’t edit their website regularly and say they closed. Very disappointed with Nando’s.
