V. A.Another great dinner at Nandos!
Went to dinner while shopping, we waited about 20 min which I think is great as it was quite busy and you don't have to wait there, they text you when your table is ready.
The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The food was delicious and it came quite fast considering how busy it was.
Note: I definitely recommend trying the Rainbow Slaw.

Only 1 thing I didn't like was the garlic bread, bit hard probably over cooked

I would also like to add they went out of there way to help me get a seat,as I was in my mobility scooter,, Sher moved a few tables for me and got me a great place to sit. M. S.Went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Due to Covid there are some changes to the usual setup, but all explained very clearly and easy to do. Always a family favourite, we will be back.

Still waiting for my unlimited black card but I'll probably win the lottery before I see one of those, I'm not sure what I'd rather have actually. Great food, prices are mortgage-worthy when the bill comes but it's worth it.

s. o.Upon arrival, we were told it would be 10 minutes wait. 10 minutes later our table was ready. Good customer service, waiting time for our food was reasonable. We both enjoyed what we ordered. The only slight let down was they forgot about the desert that was ordered. All in all we will go back again.

S. C.Food was lovely as usual but the experience was shocking. A staff member kept coming and sitting with diners at the side of my table, where I was sat with my 3 children, swearing throughout their conversation. This happened 3 times before I reported it to the manager. The manager dealt with it straight away which was great. I know you can't stop people using the language they wish to but not in the work place where there is young children, the girl clearly had no customer service skills at all.
w. b.Great as all Nandos are, be sure to book though as it gets busy, if you call without a booking, you can put your name down, go shopping then call back, the waiting times were about half an hour

Ordered from Nandos via Deliveroo 12/3/22. Order was taken by driver but not checked out with them. Staff and Manager gave me a call to check if order was received and when confirmed not where quick to rectify and get another order out without any issue. The lady we spoke to was also very apologetic and showed amazing customer service skills (over something that wasn't her/their fault!)
Be aware of ordering via Deliveroo from here that drivers may take and not deliver. Any issues contact the restaurant who were great and super helpful.

I love going to Nando's, always a great experience. However, having returned to Nando's after being in self-isolation for nearly 2 years because of Covid-19 and health issues, I was dumbfounded to discover they no longer do hot drinks. I usually have a coffee of some sort as I like a hot drink with a hot meal. Alas this was not to be, so in that regard I felt disappointed. I will certainly be thinking twice before returning which is a real shame as I love Nando's. Please reverse your decision to stop serving hot drinks.

Drinks already ordered was forgotten to be served ,had to take water instead.

M. M.Really friendly & helpful staff. Food is as expected from any Nandos branch, even though their prices have gone up a lot since lockdown! Wait time was 35-45 minutes here on a Thursday evening, which is the only reason not for a 5 star.

l.Visited on Sunday evening the week before last. The lady (I think she may have been a manager/supervisor as she didn't have the standard nandos shirt on, she also had a sunflower landyard and no mask so must be exempt) on host duty was an absolute delight, really friendly and made sure to update us on wait times frequently. The rest of the staff were all super nice too, making sure we were topped up on drinks etc throughout the meal.
L. P.Really great food and super friendly staff. Things I especially like are the hygienic flush for the loos and I appreciate the sign saying not all disabilities can be noticed. Great that they are mindful of this. Unfortunately the menus were grubby with food splodges which I really dislike. Puts me off eating there again so please clean them or better still renew them.

Had to wait 40 minutes from order to delivery, OK it was across lunchtime but we have never had to wait so long in the past. E. H.Staff here are always friendly. They were extremely busy however went out of there way to ensure we had room to fit the pram for a new born. Only downfall was we asked for 2 starters to come before the main and only 1 arrived I had to then prompt staff multiple times to bring out the other starter so we didn't eat them together and by time we got the 2and starter the mains had arrived.
This is always a downfall for any Nando's I have visited.
J. P.Restaurant is quite compact but laid out to make best use of the available space, there's also a few seats outside in the common eating area. Food was ok but not as good as other Nando's we've visited, chips were only warm but the rest of the meal was fine.
E. P.Great food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately this one does not have the typical Nando's atmosphere due to it being located inside shopping centre. At busy time the wait is around 15 minutes. Staff are polite and attentive. There are toilets available. Great for lunch with friends and family.
M. L.We called in yesterday ( usually go the one on Bistall ) and tbh it was pretty disappointing.
I've no problem queuing if a restaurant is super busy but there were several empty tables ( actually full of used plates etc etc ) just not being cleaned..... anyhow after about 10-15 minutes we were shown to a table.
The chicken was so so and not really cooked enough and hence a bit chewy. ( we did ask for it to be well done ) The peri fries almost had no peri seasoning so overall quite a disappointing lunch.
Doubt we will return here.

T.We waited 30 mintues for our food, we went along with the wait beacuse it was busy, then I decided to ask where our food was becasue the people who ordered way after us was getting their food before us. It turns out they have managed to lose our receipts/order. We have been here many times before never had a problem, staff on shifts need to be more organised during the busy period, so customers are not sat waiting 30 mins for their food.
P. S.Really tasty food. Unfortunately my tenderstem broccoli was really cold. When I mentioned it a replacement was offered immediately. I declined as I can eat cold broccoli (!) so I was then offered a complimentary coffee which I accepted. The lovely waitress could not have been more apologetic and helpful.
D. H.As I work at the White rose shopping centre I see how busy it gets in all the restaurants at busy times I have been to Nando's: a few times and I like the food from there. On special occasions.

C. K.The Nandos group of restaurants offer a standard taste of charcoal grilled chickens done up in one of the customer's preffered spices. Great healthier option to other chicken eateries.

B.There is just the right amount of options on the menu, I love the variety of sauces a available for all taste buds, the bottlomless drinks are good value and the food is really good, the staff are always really friendly and when I tried a new option the assistant allowed me to try for free incase I didn't like it, so that I wouldn't have felt I wasted my money.
N. M.It's Nandos so the food is standard Nandos. I love their food so that's cool by me. The white rose shopping centre has taken a big step up in the last 12 months, with some decent shopping and now an imax cinema and loads of places to eat now. Parking is plentiful and free and a couple of costas and a patisserie place. The only thing missing is a train station. I think it's the positon of this Nandos that makes the difference.

A.Quite a big Nando's but gets very busy. Staff are OK and as would be expected the food is pretty much the same as the rest.
t.For a sunday the wait to get a table was only 10 minutes but the big let down was there was only one till operator on in a packed out restaurant, starters came quickly but our mains arrive while we were still eating them
